Job Description

• Oversee and develop high-sales impact strategies on product marketing, programs, promotions, and campaigns.
• Initiates new product ideas based on Category trends and insights.
• Arrange a visit plan with the end customers regularly to identify their needs and demands.
• Execute approved sales and promotional strategies.
• Update various distributors for the actual inventory in stock on a regular basis, and support them to place orders in time.
• Assist in monitoring the price system and stock distribution rate within the distributors’ areas, in order to prevent selling beyond agreed areas.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate with 3 years of experience in the food industry will be added advantage.
• Communicate well in English and Mandarin (in order to handle queries, request and/or demands from English and Mandarin speaking customers, such like China, Malaysia, Thailand markets).
• Proven ability to be self-motivated and work under one’s own initiative.
• Strong problem identification and problem resolution skills.

Job Descriptions:

• To ensure all the maintenance works carried out systematically, efficiently & safely.
• By improving existing preventive maintenance system thus reduce maintenance cost and improve performance of equipment.
• To be the initiator and coordinator of MOC for any addition, modification and replacement in the system.
• To assist the Section Manager and Supervisor to co-ordinate and supervise the day to day activities.
• To troubleshoot Mechanical Equipment / Systems’ problems when it runs abnormally malfunction.
• To work closely with the operation team for daily, weekly and monthly maintenance programmed to maintain all equipment running efficiently, safely and smoothly.
• To train all technician and staffs on equipment maintenance and monitor the 5S and TPM activities carried out in the section.
• To assist the Section Manager to propose and implement action plans to rectify faults occurring in the system/processes.
• To be involved in new project management time to time and be responsible for document preparation and other paper works, as well as co-ordination with contractors & Vendors.
• To manage all Mechanical & electrical Instruments spare parts and tools.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Self-motivated, able to work independently and with a team to completion of tasks

Remuneration:

• Working hours - Monday to Friday: 8am to 5pm ,Alternate Saturday: 8am to 5pm

• Responsible for all on-site technical and engineering matters

Job Requirements

• Min 3 years in precast work planning, coordination is a must.
• Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering recognized by Professional Engineers Board Singapore or Building Construction Authority Singapore is a must.
• Min 3-5 years of Civil Engineering Experience
• Required skill(s): Precast will be preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Organised, meticulous with positive work attitude
• Good interpersonal and analytical skills
• BCSS or equivalent
• Able to start work on short notice
• Candidates will also be considered for Project Engineer (Planning- Civil Engineering) position based on education level and working experience.

• Strong RDBMS skills using SQL,Oracle.
