The ByteDance Large Model Team is committed to developing the most advanced AI large model technology in the industry, becoming a world-class research team, and contributing to technological and social development. The Large Model Team has a long-term vision and determination in the field of AI, with research directions covering NLP, CV, speech, and other areas. Team Introduction

The TikTok Shop Ads Product team builds solutions that help merchants grow their businesses on TikTok by optimizing ad experiences throughout the shopping funnel. These tailored tools enable merchants, brands, and creators to showcase and sell products directly through in-feed videos, LIVEs, the product showcase tab, and the shopping center (2nd tab in the TikTok app). Responsibilities:

- Based on the merchant growth , deeply integrate e-commerce products to improve shop sellable and shopads activation rates

- Define and execute a product strategy and roadmap for TikTok Shop ads, managing the entire product lifecycle from concept to post-launch optimization.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across engineering, marketing, operations, and demand generation for successful development and implementation.

- Analyze business challenges, identify U.S. market-specific client needs and pain points, and implement strategies for TikTok Shop ad solutions to drive performance.

Qualifications:

(A) Primary Function

1. Responsible for all engineering related activities of the product line concerned.

2. Responsible for quality of products at all stages and drive production yield.

4. Work as a team with all departments to achieve mutual agreement on specification required by customers.

5. Ensure all products meet the standard cycle time and minimise machine and mold down time.

C) Qualifications / Requirements

1. Degree/Diploma in Engineering-related discipline, preferably in Polymer and Plastic technology, Mechanical.
