• Plan and execute corrective/preventive maintenance on facility equipment and plant equipment to ensure good efficiency and availability.
• Implement TPM sprogram in HPSL such as autonomous maintanance and criticial spare part management.
• Support EHSS related topics, ensure site is in full compliance with Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) and Security regulation and policy.
• Engage external equipment vendor for service contract and adhoc diagnostic or corrective maintenance activities.

Requirements:

• Min Diploma
• Hands on experience in mixer and milling equipment maintenance is an advantage.
• Knowledge in TMP, Equipment FMEA is an advantage.
• EHS competence, familiar with ISO45001 & ISO14000 is a plus.

What the day will look like

• Working closely with business SMEs to understand concept initiatives and developing business requirements specifications for H&B analytical initiatives
• Performing ad-hoc business analytics
• Understand the data needs from the business and challenge stakeholders in requirements
• Assisting technical product owner with strategy assessment and development for health solutions initiatives
• Managing development backlog through project management tools
• Defining sprint requirements and project management through to delivery
• Managing communications with project resources, IT and disparate local business units
• Co-ordinating with IT, systems design and development ensuring trace ability and quality against business requirements specifications
• Developing, handling and implementing user acceptance test plans for new systems development ensuring traceability to business requirements specification
• Conducting training of internal teams to ensure effective use of new processes and systems
• Identifying and highlight risks and issues to Strategic Owner for logging and resolution on project log

The product owner will work with global stakeholders to understand their need and articulate a delivery method that adds value and supports the delivery of Health and Benefits’ strategy.

The PO will be responsible for working with the business to develop requirements, systems design, manage and facilitate testing and design change management programs for major Health and Benefits initiatives.

Skills and experience that will lead to success

• University degree, preferably in a finance or business related discipline
• Minimum five years’ experience in people risk / health and benefits industry, preferably with solid health insurance knowledge
• Experience with data visualisation methods such as Power BI
• Relevant experience working on Agile projects.
• Proven track record in product development with recognized analysis, planning and activity execution
• Insightful and analytical to foresee new business needs arising from projects
• Collaborative, team player, organized, goal-oriented, committed and ability to solve business problems
• Effective reasoning and problem solving skills
• Good organizational awareness
• Strong written and interpersonal communication skills
• Understanding of project management processes and controls
• Naturally inquisitive with good negotiation and influencing skills
• Results driven and take accountability for results
