1. At least 5 years of work experience in HPS PowerCard product / OneEmpower product testing
2. Strong problem solving and prioritization skills.
3. Excellent communication, facilitation, negotiation
4. JIRA/Confluence/DevOps TFS experience
5. Knowledge of all SDLC Processes, Release management processes.
6. Team management
7. Liaising with stakeholders
Skills /Competencies:
a. Essential Skills:
· PowerCARD testing experience and / or OneEmpower testing experience
· Scrum Master (Project/Product Management)
· Agile Framework
· JIRA/Confluence experience
· Excellent customer interfacing skills and team management
b. Additional Skills:
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Strong attention to detail and outstanding analytical and Problem-solving skills.
