• Develop and implement emergency response plans, particularly for handling hazardous substances and chemical incidents.
• Organize regular drills to test readiness and update protocols based on feedback and evaluations.

Performance Monitoring and Continuous Improvement

• Monitor HSE performance metrics, such as compliance rates and incident statistics, to identify areas of improvement.
• Collaborate with project managers to implement proactive safety measures and foster a culture of safety excellence.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Mandatory Certification: Certificate in Safety, Health, and Environmental (SHE).
• Preferred Certification: Certificate in Manage Hazardous Substances or other relevant safety certifications.
• Over 8 years of experience in safety management, preferably in the electronic gases, Chemical or related industries.
• Strong understanding of HSE management systems and local government standards, with specific expertise in managing hazardous substances.
• Diploma or higher education in a relevant field, with proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Skilled in Office software (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Clear thinking, excellent communication skills, and strong organizational abilities.

· Review project specifications, technical clarification and construction drawings

· Keeping track on variation and claims of contract and cost impact and feedback information to the Project Manager.

· Coordinate with all Subcontractors on matters pertaining to site and quality issues;

· Cost Control: Implement cost control measures to meet project budget.

· Health & Safety/ Environment: To assist environmental aspects and impacts, and other environmental . Ensure site operations to comply with the Project Quality Plan, including quality, environmental and occupational health and safety.

· Suggest proactive measures for issues relating to quality, environmental and occupational health & safety.
