RESPONSIBILITIES

This role will be responsible for our Product Application Lab for Semiconductor applications. 1. Preventive Maintenance (PM):

Qualifications:

• Directs and/or coordinate test process flow for system Integration and modular testing of high precisions electromechanical assemblies.

As a Design Engineer, you will report to the Senior Design Engineer and be responsible for the successful implementation and management of BIM processes in the construction field, specifically focusing on Building Services, Airconditioning, and Mechanical (M&E, ACMV) works. You will collaborate closely with the design department to ensure compliance with engineering and safety requirements and coordinate with stakeholders to maintain the integrity and accuracy of the BIM model throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

1. Construct and manage Building Information Models (BIM) with precision, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of all models. Ensure timely coordination and completion of tasks as assigned by the immediate superior.
2. Ensure all BIM models comply with project specifications and requirements.

The Lead Mechanical Engineer reports to the Project Engineering Manager and shall be responsible for technical compliance with all design requirements and coordination with the necessary Client and Subcontractor’s discipline engineering professionals. The Lead Mechanical Engineer shall ensure that all de-signs comply with the requirements of the Work; that all Work is efficiently and effectively executed in accordance with the criteria, specifications and standards listed in the CONTRACT; and that the designs comply with safe and reasonable standards as accepted within the offshore oil and gas industry. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

REQUIREMENTS

• Direct experience as a lead engineer working on FPSO projects.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience, with Oil & Gas projects (fixed installations and FPSOs), with significant experience working as a Senior or Lead Engineer.
• Must have prior work experience with medium/ large sized brownfield and/or greenfield projects in the upstream Oil and Gas sector, in a similar role and possess a good understanding of project phases, milestones, deliverables, internal and external interfaces.
• Shall be skilled with commonly used business software applications such MS Office, MS project and drafting software such as AutoCad and 3d modelling software such as inventor or PDMS.
• Shall be capable of supporting the development and implementing recommendations from third party safety studies and workshops, including HAZID/ENVID, SIL Classifications, Smoke, Gas, Fire and Explosion Risk Analyses, QRA, ALARP assessments, Fire and Gas Mappings and Noise Studies.
• Excellent knowledge and hands on experience with international codes & standards like ASME, TEMA, API, AD2000, PD5500, etc.
