Job Description:

• Check and stock up all the necessary linens and amenities required for the day.
• Responsible for cleaning rooms and common areas.
• Perform rotation cleaning duties (thorough cleaning, shampoo carpet cleaning, etc) as required.
• Responsible for the cleanliness, maintenance of her/his work area and ensure security of guestrooms and privacy of guests.
• Check and report faulty items that needed repair to the Duty Manager while in the process of cleaning the guestrooms.
• Report and hand in any Lost and Found items to the Duty Manager.
• Check and record the number of soiled linen correctly.
• Clean and maintain the trolley, equipment and vacuum cleaner after use.
• Perform other duties as and when assigned.

Job Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in housekeeping or related field.
• Able to understand and communicate in simple English.
• Knowledge in use of vacuum cleaner and proper chemicals handling.
• Functional knowledge in room cleaning.
• Hardworking team player with pleasant personality.
• Able to work on shift, including weekends and public holidays.
• 6 days work / week.

Responsibilities

• Manage infrastructure needs to implement new and manage existing ICT systems
• Facilitate project activities for a smooth rollout and operations of the systems
• Oversee the change process for system deployment, operations and managing other suppliers
• Manage infrastructure development and maintenance issues with users and other suppliers
• Manage user expectations, maintain good rapport with users and understand users’ requirements
• Adhere to quality management system (“QMS”) and other audit requirements
• Provide with status updates of infrastructure development or maintenance

Requirements

• Degree in computer science/computer engineering or other relevant ICT disciplines
• Minimum of 5 years working experience in ICT infrastructure services, such as datacentre, disaster recovery, server, storage, network and desktop infrastructure
• Project management experience in multi-vendor environment
• Technical services delivery and management related certification, such as Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) and/or Certification in Outsourcing Management for IT (COMIT), or equivalent
• Knowledge and relevant experience in implementing and leading small to medium scale ICT infrastructure projects; Implementing and managing system infrastructure in cloud environment (e.g. AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Experience with working in the public sector/Government agencies
• Strong analytical, conceptualisation and problem-solving skills; results-oriented and customer-oriented; good team player with strong organisation and people management skills.
