Job description
In your new role you will:

• Develops new and/or enhances existing technical systems/processes (whole systems, parts, components).

Your profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• A Bachelor/Masters Degree in Electronic/Electrical Engineering.

Job Description

• Provide facilities management services for shopping malls
• This includes cleaning, pest control, horticulture, security management, ACMV, M&E, building services etc through our appointed term/ sub-contractors.
• Investigate, check and analyse reported breakdowns & faults to determine their cause for the prevention of future occurrences.
• Supervise upgrading projects for the shopping mall that you are assigned to.
• In addition, you will be responsible for car park management.
• Manage and attend to all feedback and service requests in a timely manner.
• Promote good relations with our partners and tenants.
• Lead the technicians and manage vendor services to achieve the required professional standards in day-to-day operations.
• Maintain building operation manual and any records relating to the building.
• Part of Company Emergency Response Team (i.e. Site Incident Controller, First Aider, etc),
• Part of Environmental Health Safety (EHS) team for review & approval of permit to work (PTWs), risk assessment, safety checks/audits of the mall.

Requirements

• Minimum Higher NITEC/ Diploma in Building Services Engineering / Mechanical / Electrical or equivalent with minimum 2 year of relevant working experience, preferably in managing commercial properties or alternatively, possess at least 3 years of facilities management experience.
• Able to work within tight timelines, resourceful and systematic in resolving problems.
• Preferably possess certification for Fire Safety Manager.
• Pro-active, independent, able to work with minimal supervision and perform under pressure.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

• Project Management SG TPRM project, aroundnew MAS outsourcing guidelines and notices to ensure compliance with Program Management Council (CPMC) guidelines, procedures and reporting
• Document project plan, scope, including resource alignment and timelines
• Ensure PM Monitoring & Assessment results, risks, issues and dependencies are escalated and challenged as appropriate
• Partner with stakeholders to ensure program and project alignment to strategy and commitment
• Develop and maintain communication channels with key stakeholders

Qualifications:

• 5-7 years of experience in a PMO environment and background in project management

Additional Job Description: Key Third-Party Management Responsibilities:

• Coordination with various functions/stakeholders of the bank on various fronts related to TPM initiatives including internal audit and regulatory reviews
• Contribute in developing/ reviewing Country level TPM program document to ensure alignment with the local regulatory expectations and requirements
• Support Country Third Party Risk Steering Committee (CTPM - SC) meetings and ensure that all discussions/ actions are documented
• Ensure that Annual Due Diligence requirements are duly adhered to by all stakeholders for all Outsourced Service Providers (OSPs) and overdue ADDs are appropriately escalated to the CTPM-SC
