The Project Management Executive’s job scope revolves around managing short- and long-term projects during the business lifecycle. The Project Management Executive will be responsible for developing strategic program and project goals and monitoring program and project performance.

• Communicating with upper management to develop strategic program and to exert strategic influence to align project’s with business’s goals
• Define project scope, objectives, project budget, schedule and technical requirements from strategic plans
• Responsible for the smooth running of projects by tracking progress and updating management on status, budgets, irregularities and risks timely
• Ability to manage organization’s operation costing against project budget and expenses to attain revenue realization
• Business Partnering focus with customers and the ability to: detect unstated assumptions, resolve conflicts and handle complex management issues
• Recognize risks that can impact project success and measuring them throughout the lifetime of the project
• Monitoring program and project performance of both internal and external service providers
• Handle escalations professionally with vendors and customers
• Ability to perform Scalability, Interoperability and Portability Analysis
• Create comprehensive project documentation such as training guides, quality assurance guidelines and project reports
• Able to manage large and diverse teams handling different project segments
• Presenting data and updates to Senior Management on projects’ performance

Requirements:

• Minimum diploma in relevant disciplines or equivalent
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certificate or equivalent is desirable
• Minimum 3 years proven experience in manufacturing industry
• Strong experience in overseeing projects from scratch
• Strong business acumen to handle all levels of stakeholders

We are looking for a VP of Product who will play a part in developing solutions that will completely revolutionize the construction industry. You will get to work closely with the CEO and be in charge of projects as you play a crucial role in aligning stakeholders and executing our product roadmap. • Work with C-level management to develop customized and impactful software solutions for clients.

What we need from you:

• 5+ years of leading product teams with a consistent record of developing talent.
• 8+ years preferred of product management experience overseeing the design, development and launch of successful services, with at least 3 years of multi-level management (manager of managers).

• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to take the initiative to forward team goals.

• Analyze financial data including expenditure reports, revenue data and employee reports.

• Develop solutions or alternatives to the current state.

• Recommend new methods, systems, procedures or organizational changes.

• Make these recommendations through in-person presentations or in written format.

• Interview company employees and observe what is going on in the business to understand what kind of changes to employees, equipment and methods are needed in the company.

You will oversee the general maintenance and minor repairs of equipment, facilities in the mall. You will have closed collaboration with colleagues from different departments including customer services to provide a smooth operation for the tenants in the mall.

• Maintain good physical conditions of the mall and ensure that its lighting, air conditioning, ventilation, electrical power is of good working condition.
• Conduct general maintenance works such as painting, plumbing, air-conditioning, electrical switches and other fixtures and equipment to ensure smooth operation.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance programme.
• Check and inspection building’s machinery and equipment and to report security and asset irregularities.
• Provide quick respond to tenants’ requests to ensure they receive a quality service.
• Follow relevant safety operation procedures.
• Follow emergency response plans and assist in evacuation in the event of emergencies.
• Support in site inspections, supervise and liaise with contractors on maintenance and renovation works in the mall.
• Perform any other task as assigned by immediate supervisor/ management.

Requirement

• Minimum NITEC certificate in Electrical, Mechanical or Air-conditioning
• Preferably 2 yrs’ experience in maintenance and operations of M&E equipment and systems especially Central Air-conditioning in shopping centre environment
• Exhibit good troubleshooting skill for minor repair and technical fault.
• Effective communication skills to work collaboratively within a team and communicate with tenants and management.
• Flexibility to work in rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
