KEY ACCOUNTAIBILITIES

DIGITAL PRODUCTS AND PLATFORMS END-TO-END DELIVERY

• Responsible for everything App & Web; design, implement, and manage FWD's Mobile App, Website, Chatbot, Self-help Portal and Customer Portal
• Assist in developing strategies and a long-term vision to build best-in-class digital products
• Conduct market research, validation, and collaborate with designers, developers, and research teams
• Co-build product roadmaps that will be incorporated into the broader company product portfolio plan by working with sales, marketing, UX, IT, other internal and external clients etc.

DIGITAL MARKETING SUPPORT

• Support the implementation of digital marketing initiatives for Email automation campaigns, Mobile App Push Notifications, A/B Testing, and Search Engine Optimization
• In view of the above, to support the execution of tactics to drive lead generation, cross-sell, and up-sell

COLLABORATE WITH MARKETING, OPS, UX/UI, IT AND DATA

• Partner with IT to manage the roadmap and backlog to ensure all capabilities are delivered on time and as expected
• Develop customer journeys with the UIUX team and ensure designs are aligned with business and technology requirements
• Assist sales & marketing in developing positioning and messaging that distinguish the company from its competitors
• Promote active usage of digital products by collaborating with relevant marketing teams

STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT

• Engage with cross-functional teams regularly to understand the objectives, use cases, and prioritize initiatives
• Maintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders, regional marketing and CX counterparts, and other teams to ensure alignment on priorities and effective execution of initiatives

QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE

• Minimum 6 to 8 years’ experience in building software products as a product manager or product owner
• Certified SCRUM Product Owner certified (CSPO) or experience in setting up or running an agile squad, either in-house or offshore is a plus
• Data driven, experience of using consumer data to drive decision-making and being willing to question your assumptions on a regular basis
• Experience in dealing with various levels of stakeholders to shape business initiatives from initial concept stage through to delivery and support
• Experience in managing product, business, and IT stakeholders
• UI/UX and Digital Marketing experience is a plus

JOB SUMMARY

The purpose of this role is to ensure the optimum performance of the funds/ assets under their management and to provide the highest standards of service to the clients to whom they report. Usually responsible for less complex/small funds and/or assets.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Seeks delivery of superior performance, client service and stakeholder value for investors in the Fund.
• With assistance from Fund Manager, responsible for ongoing management and supervision of the fund, which may include asset and transaction management.
• Fund Managers demonstrate a sound working knowledge of either the mandate or direction setting out the Terms and Conditions upon which the assigned Fund(s) are managed.
• Pro-actively provides sufficient updated information to Investor Relations to enable coherent, robust and persuasive investment strategy presentations.
• With assistance from more senior Fund Manager, sets and delivers all aspects of the funds' or portfolio strategy and performance and delivers optimum investment return including the use of debt where necessary.
• Drafts the annual and quarterly reports for sign-off by senior fund manager.
• Prepares valuations, cash flow modeling and performance projections of funds for which they are responsible and presents to Fund Managers.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

No formal supervisory responsibilities in this position.

1. Identify and originate wealth business.
2. Develop and maintain account relationship with existing clients (predominantly Indonesia based) and map out new customer pipelines.
3. Build a strong relationship with Head Office particularly the Wealth Management Group.

5. Grow and expand the bank’s wealth business with strong collaboration with Head Office and other business units.

Qualifications and Skills

1. Experience and Background:

• A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in wealth management, private banking, or a related financial services role, specifically dealing with HNWI and UHNWI clients.
• Strong track record in managing and growing a portfolio of high-net-worth clients.
• Knowledge of financial products and services, including investment management, estate planning, and insurance solutions.

2. Educational Qualifications:

• A bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field. A master’s degree or relevant professional certifications (such as CFP, CFA, or CPA) would be an advantage.

3. Client Relationship Skills:

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
• Strong understanding of the unique financial needs, expectations, and behaviours of HNWI and UHNWI clients.

The Product Manager plays a critical role in driving the success of a product, from concept to launch and beyond. They are responsible for aligning the product with market needs, ensuring its development, and optimizing its performance to meet business objectives and customer satisfaction.

Who we are looking for

The Alternatives Product Manager will be responsible for the development, implementation, enhancement and support of State Street’s Alternatives products, services, delivery channels from conceptual stages through research, development, marketing, training, sales programs, financial metrics, and the entire product life cycle in support of the Alternatives products strategic goals and objectives in APAC. This role reports directly into Global Head of Hedge, APAC Head of Alternative Products Solutioning, SVP and will have a regional reporting into APAC Head of Product Management, SVP.

What you will be responsible for

As APAC Alternatives Product Manager, you will

• Understand the APAC markets, competitive forces and client direction to make related product recommendations that ensure competitive positioning and grow market share, including the opportunity to introduce new adjacent offerings
• Partner with the business to drive revenue and profitable growth
• Own product commercials for Alternative products across the region
• Provide subject matter expertise - strong background in the alternatives space and have a solid understanding of the end to end strategic operating model and technology stack. Ability to develop solutions that can be deployed for complex clients.
• Drive solutions - support and partner with teams across our global organization to define and solution critical deals and to ensure that the relevant subject matter experts are consulted and that critical design assumptions and strategic options are thoroughly explored.
• Represent State Street at industry events, participate in client meetings and provide thought leadership
• Research & Market Analysis – keeping up to date with key competitor intelligence and emerging industry trends
• Drive business development and support sales commercialization activities
• Collaborate on commercial topics with key stakeholder and business partners across functions including legal, risk and compliance.

Education & Preferred Qualifications

• Seasoned VP with 15+ years’ experience in Financial Services
• Worked in Product organisations in prior roles
• Prior experience working in the Alternatives space
• Consultative experience working with large complex institutional investors
• Strong team player who can thrive in a large complex global organization
