General responsibilities

• Responsible for eCommerce performance including sales, availability, pricing, listings content, listing ranking, on-site visibility, off-site traffic generation, order management, order fulfillment, after-sales service
• Develop and implement sales strategies and generate sales revenue on behalf of clients across e-retailers and marketplaces (via enabler)
• Contribute to the optimization of eCommerce content and design
• Assist in financial reconciliation and clear invoices in a timely fashion to ensure healthy AR and AP balances
• Manages trade claims recovery from clients to minimize credit issues
• Liaise with key enablers, build relationships and network, understand category and brand performance across channels and advise on strategies to drive and achieve business objectives
• Bi-monthly performance updates, key areas for improvement and forward plans.
• Conduct business reviews and develop deep insights and actionable recommendations from post-evaluation analyses and incorporate into customer strategies
• Manage inventory (ensure high fulfillment rate with customers) promotional mechanisms (e.g. discounts activation, vouchers etc)
• Work closely with internal support functions to ensure ecommerce customers are competitive, promotions and new launch to be executed in a timely manner and stock fulfillment to achieve GMV and net sales targets (Internal Stakeholder management)

Mechanical Engineer – Product Design / Flow Control / Choke products

Job Description:

Support the Engineering Manager and SETC Engineer in checking and approving drawings/designs of Surface Product to meet customer’s requirement, Cameron Engineering and API Standards.

Support the manufacturing and refurbishment of the Flow control, Choke products, via the disposition of NCRs and RGRs. The Engineer will also be appointed as the Lead Engineer for project work, assisting the SETC Engineer.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Responsible in assisting the Engineering Manager and SETC Engineer in troubleshooting field installation problems
• Support the goals and programs established by the management team. Included in the roles and responsibilities of the Engineer are:
• Checking and approving drawings, information and documentation which meets Cameron engineering standards to enable the manufacturing group and other departments to produce and market the Company’s product.
• Attend and initiate Design and Development Planning and Review session to meet customer’s and industry’s need.
• Guide and lead Junior Design Engineers and Designers on Engineering Design Work.
• Carrying out and direct design and development work to meet customers’ and/or the industry’s need.
• Conduct Engineering Training and Lesson Learnt sessions.
• Facilitate and/or conduct Root Cause Analysis session for SQ/PQ related incidents.
• Provide regional engineering support as instructed by Engineering Manager.
• Working and direct work within stated procedures to ensure that design records/control is maintained.
• To be capable of executing or participate in Stackup Test.
• To be capable of customer engagement.
• To be capable of performing design calculations and design analysis.
• To be capable of performing/conducting Value Engineering workshop and projects.
• To be capable of reviewing and disposing Non-Conformance or Aftermarket (RGR) product/equipment.
