A brief summary of your job responsibility:

• Plan with other project teams within the Division to ensure timely procurement of contracts for development projects.
• Lead the procurement of contracts for Division’s development projects. Safeguard good governance of procurement processes to ensure compliance with the Government Instruction Manuals (IMs) and GovTech internal financial and procurement rules
• Reviews current workflows, processes, and identifies areas for standardization and improvements.
• Draft, review and refine structure of tenders, contractual terms, and requirement specifications for ICT systems, products and services procurement.

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Manager, Business Management to join the team at Singapore Epson Industrial Pte Ltd - Plating Plant. You will be responsible for overseeing the company's financial and budgeting functions, playing a key strategic role in supporting the overall business objectives.

• Assist GM to materialise business strategy by carrying out effective planning on the entire business management.
• Identify Plating Industry business and market trends, new development, financial to meet business KPI.
