The Consumer Solutions group manages the deployment and optimization of Visa’s core products base consisting of Credit, Debit and Prepaid payments solutions as well as Engagement Solutions and the benefits platforms that function across all product categories – together, these are Visa’s core products. What the SD, Head of Core Product Management does at Visa:

Reporting to the Head of Consumer Solutions, AP, the Head of Core Product Management will be responsible for initiatives across four broad areas of responsibility

1. Management of established core products - Credit, Debit and Prepaid to maximize operational efficiency in managing these established platforms
2. Identification and development and execute initiatives to drive expansion of Visa’s consumer credit portfolio, in line with the Visa 2030 strategy, driving growth in associated PV and revenue across.
3. Facilitate Visa’s thought leadership in the AP payments industry through promulgation of Core Product best practices.

The role-holder will lead a team of direct line reports in Singapore and works closely with Core Product teams across AP, responsible for evolving and building end-to-end consumer experiences that drive client preference for Visa as a strategic partner and make us an enabler of superior value propositions for digitally-enabled consumers.

An essential part of Visa’s success is the establishment and application of rules and standards, to ensure a uniform, reliable point-of-sale UX, both online and offline. The Head of Core Product Management will lead the efficient administration of these Rules and Standards as they pertain to Core Products, ensuring that the Rules are fit-for-purpose, while also ensuring their efficient operation and administration.

The role-holder will be responsible for the identification, development, commercialization and launch of new ways to grow the consumer unsecured credit business in AP, working closely with issuers and internal Global counterparts to expand “credit-card” issuance, as well as newer ways of efficiently facilitating the provision of unsecured credit, for example BNPL or other methods.

In addition, the SD, will manage Visa’s cardholder benefits such as merchant and partner benefits, Visa Concierge, Insurance and Visa Luxury Hotel Collection, as well as Core VAS (Value Added Services) service lines such as GCAS (Global Customer Assistance Services), Lounge referrals, Visa Customized Benefits, and the capabilities that support the delivery of these benefits and services. About the Third Party Risk Management Specialist - APAC

Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) Specialist - APAC is the intermediate level role in Wise’s Third party Risk management. This individual is responsible for ensuring the outsourcing activities comply with relevant outsourcing regulations and laws, align with internal policies and procedures, and are effectively governed to minimise risk exposure in the regional level. The role involves coordinating TPRM efforts globally, supporting regional stakeholders teams, coordinating audit finding and other gaps, and facilitating reporting activities in the APAC region. 

The specialist will collaborate with local internal teams and other stakeholders to manage and report on outsourcing risks, ensuring effective third-party risk management across the company.

Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) Specialist - APAC duties and responsibilities:

1. Outsourcing risk communication and remediation support

3. Global-Regional coordination and oversight
   
   Lead global coordination efforts of TPRM program regionally, overseeing the alignment of policies and procedures with regulatory requirements, supporting regional teams in their TPRM activities, and providing oversight for policy adherence and procedure effectiveness.
    
4. Regional Compliance and Regulatory expertise
   
   Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant regional outsourcing regulations globally and related  laws  affecting third-party risk management. Ensure the TPRM program aligns with regional regulatory requirements and best practices, and design a strategic foundation for building processes and operationalizing relevant regulatory expectations.
    
5. Reporting and audits
   
   Support regulatory reporting requirements, Risk Committees and local Boards, ensuring that information regarding critical vendors are presented and with the updated risk status, maintaining local outsourcing registers in compliance with regulatory mandates is accurately and timely reported and communicated.
    
6. Support and collaboration with regional teams
   
   Coordinate with regional teams to identify and address regional issues and challenges in the TPRM area, ensuring that the Wise's third-party risk management efforts are cohesive and aligned across all operational areas and regions. 
    
7. Build third party risk awareness and trainings 
   
   Build and embed a culture of awareness about third-party processes, and deliver training and workshops to stakeholders involved in managing third-party relationships, continuously improving their understanding of processes and the TPRM program.

REVENUE MANAGEMENT STRAGEGY SUPPORT 

• Support the Hotel Management and Executive Director of Revenue Management to develop and maintain the hotel strategy (in terms of business mix and pricing by season and type of day) for the future periods through cooperation with sales & marketing team and optimal use of revenue management systems and channels.

You will drive the Data Management solution within the APAC region and a key influence globally, as part of the Product Organization. 

• Regional lead for data management solutions – acting as a go-to person for the sales and alliances team – to influence clients and help drive commercial opportunities. 

• Global ownership of the product solution in one of the following areas: data analytics, data warehousing, data quality management, master data management or data driven applications. 

• Be the ‘voice of the market’ and translate your insights into innovation projects and product roadmap, by supporting functional requirements and assisting with solution design. 

• Be a leader in the market, by building personal and Solution market eminence, publish thought leadership, engage industry analysts and be an active member of the external community including through social networking and events. 

• Enable the Sales, Solution Engineering and Alliances teams by creating relevant materials, engagement and education sessions. 

What you’ll bring:

• Strong experience with enterprise data management technologies and how to apply them, with a strong solution architecture and design background. 

• In depth experience in at least one of the following industries: Banking, Insurance, Telco or Government. 

• Ability to get traction for the adoption of data management solutions in meetings with prospects, including with technical roles (such as senior architects, head of data management, head of analytics) and c-suite. 

• A strong and persuasive communicator, able to bring-to-life technical concepts for business stakeholders and to jump into detail for the most challenging of technical stakeholders. 

• A presence in the market – comfortable with presenting and hosting events (conferences, webinars, roundtables).

As Regional Director, you will have a dual reporting line to the Sr. Director of Asia Pacific’s Product & B2B Marketing and the Visa Commercial Solution, Vice President of Global Product & B2B Marketing. You are responsible for leading regional marketing programs for Visa’s Growth Engine.

In this role, you will be the link that connects our regional product strategy to the tactics needed to drive success in sales and marketing. You will use strategic insights and data to drive the development of positioning, value proposition and messaging that resonates with buyers and enables our sales teams to be successful.
