RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform end-to-end media preparation for post-production, such as encode, ingest, outgest and housekeeping of all video assets.
• Media traffic management in a centralized editing environment.
• Ensure that the metadata in Production Asset Management system are always optimized.
• Undertake basic editing and compilation of shots.

• Basic technical knowledge, preferably in non-linear editing or Video post-production.
• Preferably able to read Chinese scripts/cue sheets for shots assembly.
• Strong computing skills and the ability to plan and organize work efficiently.
• Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to exercise independent judgment, particularly under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Willingness to work in two shifts (0700 – 1530hr; 1530hr – 2400hr) and alternate between 5 / 6 days work weeks.
• Required to work ad hoc hours and weekends for special and mega programs.

• Support the Manager in arrears and credit control aspects.
• Communicate with tenants, asset managers, relationship managers, and finance teams regarding rental payments, overseeing their status and taking proactive steps like increasing reminders and performing legal inquiries.
• Take charge of managing arrears autonomously, developing strategies for settlement agreements and payment plans, compiling pertinent legal paperwork, evaluating tenants' financial positions, and devising solutions to minimize rental arrears.
• Coordinate with legal counsel, both external lawyers and internal advisors, for litigation purposes and execute legal actions at various sites.
• Handle any additional responsibilities delegated by the superior as needed.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Business, Estate Management, or a related field.
• At least one year of experience in the real estate industry, preferably in leasing.
• Familiarity with JTC policies is a plus.
