Job Purpose and Key Accountabilities:

As a Management Trainee, your main goal will be to learn and master various aspects of the company's operations, including but not limited to operations management, human resources management, team leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving. 1. Cross-Department Rotations:Rotate through different departments (Museum Operations, Marketing, HR and Finance) to build a comprehensive understanding of our business operations and functions.

6. Visitor and Team Engagement: Document and analyze visitor interactions to continuously improve service quality. Work closely with internal teams and participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improvement.
7. Training & Development: Participate in training and mentorship sessions to gain knowledge in core areas such as business operations, financial management, customer service, and strategic planning.
8. Performance Review and Feedback:Engage in regular review and feedback sessions with a mentor to track progress, identify growth areas, and improve skillsets.
