About the Role

A. Operational Responsibilities

• Clinic Setup: Support the Operations Manager in setting up clinics and meeting MOH/HCSA compliance.

Requirement

• Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or Healthcare Management (or a related field), providing both clinical and operational knowledge.
• Experience in a similar role is a must.
• Familiar with clinic set-up, operating systems, claims systems
• Qualified Nurse License under Singapore Nursing Board – with experience in
• training, clinical competency and audits is a bonus.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Civil or equivalents.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in design, construction, or IDD project management.
• At least 3 years of experience as a Project BIM Coordinator on large-scale or infrastructure projects.
• Certified in BIM (Specialist Diploma) or Digital Delivery Specialist (DDM Tier 2).
• Knowledge of 4D/5D software and coordination tools like Navisworks Manage, Autodesk Construction Cloud/BIM360 is preferred.
