We are seeking an Associate Product Manager to drive product innovation at Syfe. Responsibilities

The Associate Product Manager will assist Product Managers in building solutions to better service existing clients, define and develop data analytics capabilities and value add to the product development process.

• Product Launches: Support product managers in day-to-day tasks, including coordinating with cross-functional teams, with a focus on automating workflows and tracking product development progress. Drive product specifications and development , from ideation to market release.
• Monitor Product Performance: Track key performance metrics (KPIs) and provide reports on product usage, customer feedback, and other relevant product metrics. Translate data into actionable insights and recommendations to extended teams.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Provide ancillary support and coordinate with relevant teams to ensure client feedback and issues are promptly resolved.

Qualifications

• 1 - 3 years of work experience in product management, product marketing, business intelligence, product operations, or growth-related roles.
• Strong interest in product management and a basic understanding of the product life cycle.
• Genuine interest in helping people build their wealth confidently.
• Ability to analyse data and trends to make informed recommendations.
• Strong attention to detail, logical and ability to organize complex situations.

Responsibilities:

• Perform double entry accounting to record and process all business transactions such as sales, purchases, payables, receivables, cash, accruals, prepayments in the accounting system
• Preparation of relevant accounting schedule such as Monthly bank reconciliation and balance sheet schedules
• Preparation of financial statements for a portfolio of companies in accordance with IFRS and SFRS
• Prepare Corporate Income Tax (Estimated Chargeable Income “ECI” and Annual Tax Return (“FORM C”) and related tax schedules

Job Responsibilities:

1. Supervise and coordinate daily on-site construction activities, including temporary works, land piling, sand filing, and compaction activities.
2. Collaborate with Team leaders, subcontractors, and consultants to maintain workflow and address site issues promptly.
3. Conduct regular inspections to ensure adherence to safety protocols and environmental guidelines, minimizing risks and environmental impact.
4. Prepare and maintain accurate site documentation, including progress reports, quality records, and site diaries.
5. Assist in implementing the Environmental Management System and Project Quality Plan applicable to site activities.
6. Manage site logistics, ensuring the availability of materials, equipment, and manpower to meet construction milestones.
7. Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with client representatives, consultants, subcontractors, and internal project teams.

Requirement:
