What you will be working on:

• Responsible in managing the end-to-end notification and communication process on product and process changes.
• Responsible in ensuring that changes are effectively communicated to customers through working with various stakeholders including the account facing teams & process owners.

What you will be working on?

Volunteer Recruitment and Management

• To assist in the recruitment of new volunteers via various public roadshows.
• Maintaining and updating volunteer records in VMS.

Event Management & Training Support

• Supervising volunteers during major sporting events, offering guidance and support as needed.
• Coordinate logistics & training support for all key events (e.g. Sport Day, Quarterly Training Weekends, Leadership Sessions and Mass Rally).
• Assisting in planning and executing 10YA celebrations starting from October 2024, including logistics, scheduling, and coordinating with several volunteer committees

Compliance Officer

Responsible for all aspects of compliance matters, related activities and projects. This will include the front, middle and back office processes, investment parameters and policies, marketing material reviews, the implementation of a compliance monitoring program and the provision of guidance and ad hoc advice to business units.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Primary liaison and point of contact to the MAS and all other relevant regulatory authorities and enforcement bodies to clarify and resolve compliance issues
• Regulatory notification on suspicious transactions, conduct investigations and oversee resolution
• Regular reporting to the MAS and internal stakeholders and maintains the Representative Framework (RNF), including misconduct and fit and proper reports
• Monitor, research and assess impact of regulatory changes and developments on internal processes and framework and implement enhancements
• Periodic review of compliance policy and all other manuals to ensure relevance
• Support new business initiatives to assess potential compliance risks
• Handles internal and external audits and inspections
• Reviews marketing materials, including prospectuses before dissemination and lodgement with the regulators respectively
• Conducts training on compliance and regulatory matters to all staff
• Acts as MLRO and reviews CDD and KYC assessment for client on-boarding and periodic review on existing clients
• Reviews Enterprise-risk assessment (ERM) and report status and findings to stakeholders

Requirements:

• Bachelor or above degree in Law or any relevant qualification
• Knowledge of investment industry and international financial markets, preferably holding audit, law, and Compliance background
• At least 5 years of Compliance experience with asset management companies/financial intermediaries
• Strong knowledge of local regulatory requirements and latest developments
• Strong English language skills and written/verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of Bloomberg, CMGR, Excel
• Ability to demonstrate a high degree of initiative and a strong commitment to meeting deadlines
• Excellent organizational, prioritization and time management skills
• Ability to work under stress and meet tight deadlines
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English are essential. Proficiency in Mandarin and French will be a strong advantage.

• Understand SAP concept and align process design
• Work closely with local and HQ (Japan) designers on product change requirements, plan with the local group of members.
• Draft the implementation schedule to meet target date, disseminate and finetune the scheduled with production PICs for the implementation to be carried out smoothly.
• Follow up with related members and enforce the usage of systems developed for operation change tracking.
• Understand key functions and product master setting rules of ERP (SAP) system, process-related inline systems, traceability requirements, to align the process design with the systems.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Engineering Electrical & Electronics.
• Prefer 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field in the PCB manufacturing environment.
• Good statistical and analytical skills.
• Good communication, planning and coordination skills.
• Entry level are welcome as training will be provided.
• Travelling to Batam Factory and staying for project (min. 2weeks to max 2 months stay per visit depending on project requirements.
