Operations and Administration Responsibilities

• Companies & Funds: Oversee documentation for new incorporations and fund establishments; support ongoing maintenance of companies and funds; review subscription and redemption agreements; maintain books and records; manage fund subscriptions and redemptions; coordinate Board and Investment Committee meetings, minutes, and resolutions; and handle annual corporate secretarial updates.
• Banks & Brokerages: Manage accounts with banks and brokerages, including account openings, responding to bank inquiries, and conducting regular reviews.
• Information Technology: Supervise IT service providers to implement security features, perform backups, and maintain websites.
• Commercial: Oversee the purchase and sale of real assets, maintain inventory lists, and manage valuations.
• Customer Due Diligence: Manage new client onboarding and existing client reviews for KYC/AML/CFT/SOW/SOF; review transactional flows based on risk level and assessment.
• Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports to regulators (e.g., MAS, CIMA, BVIFSC) and authorities (e.g., CRS, FATCA, ES).
• Operational Excellence:Develop, maintain, and ensure adherence to a comprehensive risk management framework that integrates regulatory requirements, internal policies, and industry best practices.
  Continuously monitor and analyze regulatory updates, assess potential risks, and implement proactive strategies to ensure operational resilience and excellence.
  Training: Conduct internal compliance training and oversee the training schedule for staff members.
