• The drawings (provide rendering drawing) contain mechanical systems for enclosures, dimensions, materials and standard components such as Aluminium Profile, Sheet Steel enclosure/ cabinets, considering factors such as material selection, structural integrity, and manufacturing processes
• Conduct analysis and testing to validate and optimize designs
• Work closely with sales person/engineers to translate their design concepts or requirements into 3D technical drawings and production drawing
• Work closely with production team and oversee the product was produce accordingly to drawing
• Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices

Qualifications and Key Competencies:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
• Field of Study : Precision Tool Engineering & Design
• Minimum 1 – 2 years of experience

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Product Development Intern to join our team. Reporting to the Head of Business Development, this internship offers a hands-on opportunity to support the creation of market-relevant insurance offerings, analyze competitors, and assess customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

· To conduct research into industry trends, customer demands, and competitor products to identify opportunities for new development.

· Support the creation and modification of General Insurance products, including pricing strategies, features, and benefits.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., underwriting, marketing, actuarial, legal) to ensure product feasibility and compliance with regulations.

· Help in preparing product presentations, reports, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.

· Analyze customer feedback and data to identify areas for product improvement or optimization.

· Participate in brainstorming sessions to innovate new insurance products or features.

· Assist in creating product launch strategies and supporting go-to-market initiatives.

Requirements:

· Currently pursuing a diploma/degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, Marketing, or a related field.

· Strong analytical and research skills.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

· Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

· Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
