• Responsible for the overall product planning of the crypto asset management platform, including the design and optimization of functional modules such as asset allocation, risk control, and revenue analysis.
• Design crypto asset management products, such as on-chain asset management products and traditional asset management products.
• Write product requirement documents (PRD) based on business needs and market feedback, and promote feature iterations and optimizations.

User Needs and Scenario Design:

• Deeply understand the needs of target users such as institutional clients and high-net-worth individuals, and design investment tools and asset management solutions that meet market demands.
• Optimize user experience to ensure the product is easy to operate, data is clearly displayed, and functions are intuitive and practical.

Project Management and Collaboration:

• Coordinate resources from technology, operations, design, and other departments to promote product development, launch, and subsequent maintenance.
• Manage the entire product lifecycle, from requirement analysis to post-launch evaluation and improvement.

Market Research and Innovation:

• Track the latest trends in blockchain technology and the crypto asset management field, conduct in-depth research on competitors and industry dynamics, and formulate differentiated product strategies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in finance, computer science, management, or related fields.
• More than 3 years of experience as a product manager, preferably with experience in fintech, asset management platforms, quantitative trading, or blockchain products.
• Familiar with crypto asset management processes, including asset allocation, revenue tracking, and risk control.
• Familiar with various on-chain financial products.
• Strong data analysis skills, able to drive product decisions based on data.
• Familiar with blockchain technology, DeFi protocols, and the basic principles of smart contracts, with practical application experience preferred.
• Understanding of trading systems or asset management system architecture, with rich experience in collaborating with development teams.
• Keen market insight, able to respond quickly to changes.
• Knowledge of mainstream asset management tools or platforms (e.g., WhaleFin, Matrixport).

Job Description

1. Lead and execute the local service data analysis project of international short videos, help business teams solve problems encountered in POI product construction through analysis, and achieve business goals.
2. Deeply understand user preferences, POI usage, and decision-making psychology, discover the essential needs and pain points of the business through targeted exploratory analysis, find opportunities for improvement/efficiency, provide specific feasible optimization suggestions, promote implementation, and bring actual business improvement.
3. Responsible for formulating and optimizing various product/operation strategies, user decision attribution, A/B experiment design and analysis, abnormal analysis of core indicators, guiding scientific decision-making and iterative closed-loop, promoting the implementation and continuous optimization of data analysis conclusions.

Minimum Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree or above, with more than 3 years of work experience.
2. Experience in local life, e-commerce, and other related industries is preferred, with a background in data science, quantitative analysis, such as long chain attribution, statistics, computer science, economics, etc.
3. Possess data analysis capabilities to solve complex problems, design data collection schemes, excellent communication and coordination skills, and cross-departmental team collaboration abilities.
