Responsibilities:
- Support Project Managers in delivering projects on time, within budget, and following quality standards.

About you:

- Hands-on site experience in piling, sub-structure, and superstructure works involving reinforced concrete, steel structures, and precast elements.
- Experience collaborating with Process, Mechanical, and Electrical teams, as well as Quantity Surveyors.
- Proven ability to liaise effectively with consultants and contractors.
- Experience in reviewing shop drawings for precast and steel structures, and providing detailed design input for computer-aided design teams.
- Strong knowledge of element design based on relevant codes and standards.

About the role: Lead the design and implementation of Extra-Low Voltage (ELV) systems for large-scale projects, spanning the tender, design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and client acceptance phases. This includes designing control systems, instrumentation, cabling, and cable support systems for industrial, commercial, and process equipment facilities, with support from the Lead Engineer as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Laed the design of control systems, instrumentation, cabling, and cable support systems for industrial facilities, process equipment, and commercial buildings.
• Design and implement Life Safety Systems, including Public Address, Access Control, CCTV, Gas Detection, and Fire Alarm systems, with guidance from the Lead Engineer if necessary.

• Preferred certifications include Autodesk Revit, BCA Green Mark Manager, BCA Universal Design Assessor, LEED-AP, WELLS-AP, Design for Safety, etc.
• 7-8 years of professional architectural experience, with at least 2 years in fast-track projects.
• Experience in designing and constructing architectural services systems, especially within fast-track projects for industries like Semiconductor, Sustainable Energy, Pharmaceutical, Nutrition, Healthcare, or Biotech.
• At least three years of international experience in a high-tech industry or other multi-disciplinary construction environment.

• Experience in implementing internal change strategies.
