As an Investment Operations/Business Development Executive, you will play an important role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operations in the investment portfolios and funds managed by the Company including trade placement and/or execution, cash management, and performance reporting. Further, you will also be expected to drive growth and expand the Company’s client base by identifying new business opportunities and nurturing relationships with the Company’s stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

A) Investment Operations

• Trade Placement/Execution:

o Place and/or execute trades in equities and/or fixed income instruments and ensuring accuracy and timely execution.

o Reconcile trade confirmations and statements.

o Monitor corporate actions, such as dividends, mergers, and spin-offs.

• Cash Management:

o Manage fund cash balances and ensure sufficient liquidity.

4. Hiring & Training Staff

The responsibilities of a restaurant manager are to employ and educate all staff for optimal restaurant operations, including:

• Front Of House (FOH) - host, maitre d'/head waiter, waiters/servers, sommelier, bar staff, runner, busser
• Back of House (BOH) - head chef, executive chef, sous chef, kitchen manager, dishwasher

Efficiently scheduling rosters or shifts means managing employees and aligning with their availability, assigning roles that play to their strengths and experience, while being adaptable to the businesses changing needs and staff leave. Including ordering and managing required stock levels of food ingredients, condiments, cookware, tableware and staff uniforms. This also involves relationship building with suppliers and implementing monitoring systems to keep track of low stock, loss or theft.

Meeting health and safety regulations are an important part of operating a restaurant and is part of the restaurant manager’s duties and responsibilities.

They ensure that the overall safety of the restaurant environment, equipment, facilities, government licencing, valid hospitality certifications, sanitation compliance and food safety standards are maintained for both staff and customers. This extends to implementing safety policies and procedures, including overseeing any necessary repairs and renovations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide support to Supervisor/Senior Executive in Gym Tonic and Frailty Management Programme (FMP).

Gym Tonic:

• Implement Gym Tonic therapy programmes.
• Conduct group fitness/wellness programmes for Active Ageing Centres (AACs) if required.
• Monitor and record clients' vital signs for therapy
• Undertake administrative duties such as upkeep of clients' files, attendance-taking and tracking for follow-up where needed, administer billing and fees collection. :
• Upkeep of Gym Tonic therapy equipment and inventory records. This includes daily checks, coordinate matters relating to repair and maintenance.

FMP:

• Manage designated FMP sites and programmes as assigned
• Manage individual client's pre and post assessment plan.
• Plan and maintain records of services provided at the centre. Update statistics when necessary.
• Manage communication and/or feedback with client's family as required.
• Recruit and train senior volunteers to enhance operational efficiency.

Ad-hoc/Others:

• Participate in all Gym Tonic/FMP meetings. Provide statistical updates where needed.
• Carry out additional tasks and duties as assigned, which may include volunteer recruitment, and contributing to project teams as needed.

• Related experience in working with seniors or in the social service sector
• Preferably with Sports Science and/or Gym Tonic background
• Prior experience in stakeholder management, working with community partners is a plus
