• Working Location: Woodlands
• Working Hours: 5.5 days (Mon - Fri, 8.30 am - 6.30 pm, Sat, 8.30 am – 2 pm)
• Salary Package: Basic salary up to $2,200 + Allowance + OT + AWS + Variable bonus

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare orders for delivery, including loading materials onto the lorry for outgoing jobs.
• Assist in picking up and organizing materials on the lorry as needed.
• Ensure all tools and installation equipment are loaded onto the lorry for deployment at the site.
• Transport heavy products like kitchen tops, countertops, etc., from the production floor to the lorry and then to the installation site.
• Set up protective barriers and prepare the job site to ensure a smooth and error-free installation.
• Install kitchen countertops, sinks, backsplashes, feature walls, and more using materials like Granite, Marble, Quartz, and Sintered Surfaces.
• Use skilled craftsmanship techniques to ensure high-quality, precise installations.
• Make sure all measurement and installation tasks are completed on time.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive interaction with customers.
• Keep the job site safe, organized, and clean throughout the project.
• Complete necessary paperwork related to materials and job orders.
• Offer support to other teams when required and handle additional duties as assigned.

• Experience with stone fabrication or installation is advantageous
• Can work independently with minimal supervision
• Able to commit OT when needed
• Physically fit and able to handle heavy products
• Candidate with a Class 3 driving license is advantageous

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research on commercial-defense products with AI technologies to identify market demand and growth opportunities.
• Provide leadership and data-driven reports on market trends, customer demands, and emerging technologies that could influence business strategy
• Manage certification processes and ensure compliance to industry regulations for advanced networks, sensors, and AI technologies.
• Develop and implement pricing strategies
• Lead the development and execution of GTM strategies for advanced networks, sensors, and AI products, targeting both regional and global market penetration
• Partner with Marketing and International Business to execute GTM plans that align with customer needs and business objectives

Requirements

• Degree in Business, Engineering or a related field; or certifications in Digitalisation, AI and Data Science
• Experience in business model innovation, go-to-market analysis, compliance and commercialisation in the AI, telecommunications and tech sectors
• Understanding of market dynamics and regulatory requirements
• Knowledge of compliance and certification processes relevant to the industry
• Experience in implementing pricing strategies and go-to-market plans
• Proficiency with advanced networks and sensors with AI applications
