Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Accounting
• 3 to 4 years of relevant experience
• Proficient in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
• ACCPAC Window knowledge will be an advantage
• Able to start work immediately

1. Perform analysis and tests of drug products, raw materials, in-process materials, release test samples, stability samples, packaging materials, quantitative assays on samples, and/or finished products from manufacturing, to ensure quality standards and compliance with established specifications.
2. Preparation of reagents/diluents/ dissolution media as per STP.
3. Perform a various qualitative tests or qualitative assays on samples using modern and automated instrumentation.
4. Utilize electronic laboratory information systems such as LIMS for acquisition and processing of analytical data.
5. Ensure implementation of SOP for all corresponding activities.
6. Write controlled documentation related to QC Laboratory operations or testing such as SOP's, analytical protocols, analysis reports and forms.
7. Ensure real time documentation, maintain data integrity and appropriate traceability.
8. Assist in maintenance and calibration of test instruments per specifications.
9. Responsible for the accurate, timely and compliant execution of assigned projects, analytical testing and related documentation.
10. Responsible for checking all results in LIMS/RDS and reporting of any observed results that do not meet the requirement (OOS/OOT/Deviation) for further investigation.
11. Destruction of expired finished products/ raw material samples as per SOP and recording the same in the register.
12. Responsible for QC lab and equipment/instrument cleanliness.
13. Responsible for procuring and receipt of QC lab glassware and consumables.
14. Any other activities as and when assigned by the Superior.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:

· Establish the optimal production volumes based on demand, analyzing rough cut capacity, resource planning and detailed equipment planning.

· Create Supply Plan at site level which incorporate production plan and release plans to ensure that the production plans are accurately reflected in ERP System.

· Assess the impact of production plan on the budget operation costs and inventory.

· Work with MSAT function to ensure new product transfers and CMC activities are planned as per customers’ requirement.

· Manage the sites delivery schedule on time in full (OTIF), ensuring that product is produced, released & shipped on time.

· Ensure high “Customer Service Level” ensuring up to date information with customers regarding delivery promises and inventory levels.

· Ensure direct communication with Customers / next point of supply chain, plant-internal and -external stakeholders & partners with regard to internal changes.

· Represent the point of contact for follow-up on time delivery dates and quantities & escalating changes related to supply.

· Optimize local planning processes such as lead times, planning policies and production frequencies to increase the efficiency of the production unit.

· Own and manage the planning parameters in ERP System like MOQ, campaign size, product segmentation.

· Manage procurement activities related to buying of pharmaceuticals ingredients and packing components in accordance with Company requirements and industry compliance.

· Support capital projects with budget more than US$10-20 millions in procurement of machineries and related engineering services.

· Conduct Request For Quotation (RFQ) and work with relevant department on final vendor selection

· Identify and develop purchasing strategies to meet internal stakeholders and external customers’ requirements.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

· Education Level - Bachelor's degree in science or business

· Experience - 5 years planning/procurement experience in manufacturing environment and minimum 2 year experience in the pharmaceutical industry.

· In-depth experience with SAP system

· People management: leadership, cooperative, ability to influence

· Excellent critical thinking and problem solving capabilities

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:

• The role involves leading all compounding and sterile filling activities, as well as being responsible for the secondary packaging of final finished goods.
• Ensuring safe work environments, enforcing operational discipline, and monitoring aseptic behaviors.
• Efficiently utilize tools and metrics (KPI’s) to monitor staff productivity, deliverables, timelines, and quality of work product to adjust staffing levels and operational processes as needed to ensure operational effectiveness.
• Support investigations, own CAPAs, and drive continuous improvements throughout operations.
• Responsible for developing staffs’ performance goals, maintaining positive employee morale and relations and managing paid time off
• Understanding of the importance/impact of cGMP standards.
• Responsible for handling disciplinary actions and/or Performance Improvement Plans, terminations, escalating complex employee issues to their manager or human resources and ensuring a fair and consistent approach with all team members.
• Identifying potential process/product improvements and working collectively with cross-functional teams to implement process/procedure updates.
• Demonstrates strong industry knowledge and comprehensive understanding of business processes.
• Demonstrates technical/functional expertise in applicable discipline and acquires knowledge in related disciplines.
• Utilize industry technical/functional experience to help develop standard operating procedures.

REQUIREMENT

• Able to establish robust processes, develop performance standards, track performance through fact driven exercises, and implement solutions to drive continuous process improvements.
• Demonstrates skills to solve complex problems in highly regulated environments.
• Previous experience working with auditors, inspectors, and regulatory agencies.
• Able to articulate difficult and complex situations in a comprehensive and succinct manner utilizing professional tools, and deliberate facts.
• Ability to drive a culture of partnership and accountability.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• Minimum of a Bachelor Degree in a life science, pharmacy, or engineering discipline required.
• Advanced degree/certification preferred. It will be an advantage to the candidate if he/she is a registered pharmacist in Singapore.
• 5-8 years manufacturing or engineering experience, preferably in sterile manufacturing and a good understanding of quality and compliance standards of various agencies, including US-FDA, European EMA and China NPMA.
• 3-5 years management experience; with no fewer than 20 direct/indirect reports.
• Proven effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience working with SAP, QMS such as TrackWise.
