Who we are looking for

We are looking for a Sales & Product Marketing Lead based in Singapore, to work alongside senior management in development and operation of the end-to-end sales pipeline for the HugoHub BaaS platform.  The role is to establish an initial framework, develop existing and new pipeline and manage sales cycles.  The role will also own the RFP/ RFQ response template and manage the qualification/ win criteria, as well as manage any responses to chosen bids. This is a pivotal role in helping to execute our regional roadmap, in line with the company’s strategy.

Our Sales & Product Marketing Lead  will ensure our HugoHub sales activities are consistent with our group values and will enhance and expand sales pipeline and onboarding activity to meet our contractual obligations. 

Our Sales & Product Marketing Lead will drive new business opportunities and expand existing partnerships.

Our Sales & Product Marketing Lead will manage HugoHub client relationships and post sales management, maintaining a full activity record within appropriate CRM tooling, e.g. Hubspot.

Our Sales & Product Marketing Lead will expand the profile and reach of the HugoHub brand and lead HugoHub sales and marketing efforts leading to increased revenue and market share.

You will display sound solution knowledge and a deep understanding of both the HugoHub platform and any product journeys that can be created through the platform.   You will lead market and new market expansion with increased lead generation.

You will be independent:

• The Sales & Product Marketing Lead role reports directly to the CPO 
• They will drive strategic pre-sales pipeline relationships, qualifying opportunities to then reach a sale ready for operational integration and ongoing support
• They shall submit a month-on-month pipeline report to assist with prioritisation of engagements
• They will work closely with our TPMs to co-manage client integrations, resource allocation and delivery

What we consider relevant qualifications, experience and knowledge

Skills and capabilities we believe are highly relevant include:

• Min. 8+ years of relevant experience in enterprise sales and customer relationship management (ideally with SaaS product)
• Relevant experience in generating sales and revenue
• Sales Lifecycle and RFP/ RFQ management experience
• CRM tool experience and pipeline management

A touch down quick win (30 Days):

• Familiarise yourself with our product, infrastructure and sales pipeline 
• Set up a CRM tooling
• Attend some pre-sales demos and meet with our existing clients

Find your feet (60 Days):

• Migrate all opportunities into the new sales and pipeline tool
• Generate new leads and implement qualification/ win criteria for all opportunities
• Obtain an in-depth view the full product suite

Well into your stride (90 Days):

• Self-identify opportunities and bring in new sales and drive post-sales revenue
• Build a steady pipeline 
• Present the first monthly pipeline report

The role

As a Product Development Manager (Supplements & Nutrition), you will be responsible for developing our supplement product portfolio, ensuring its alignment with brand goals and customer needs. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive product strategy, develop new products, and enhance existing ones. In this role, you will also be the subject matter expert for our products and nutrition.

The brand’s mission – to build health products loved by women for improving their holistic health and well-being. The target demographic are women aged 45+ and older. Till date, the brand has served more than 2 million customers worldwide. 

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy in line with brand vision and business objectives.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, leadership, marketing, supply chain, customer support, and customers to define product requirements, features, user stories.
• Create and maintain a product roadmap, incorporating feedback, market changes, and business priorities.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to plan, design and formulate products.
• Collaborate on the product launch process, including go-to-market strategies, pricing plans, and promotional activities.
• Track and analyze product performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and making data-driven decisions.
• Manage the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to retirement, ensuring product viability and profitability.
• Act as a customer advocate, gathering feedback, conducting user testing, and incorporating customer insights into product development processes.
• Conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities, differentiate products, and anticipate market changes.
• Lead and coordinate product changes and update processes in a cross-collaboration environment.

• At Least 5 years proven experience as a product manager or similar role, in a relevant field.
• Expertise in nutrition/food science, naturopathy and/or integrative medicine or similar. 
• Strong understanding of product management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Understanding of supplement development timelines and regulatory pathways.
• Passion for health and wellness products and a keen interest in staying up-to-date with industry trends. Passion in women’s health is a plus 
• Experience with market research, competitive analysis, and customer-centric product development.

Work Arrangement

• This is a full time position based in Singapore.
• We work Monday to Friday, 10am to 7pm SGT (GMT+8).

The Specialist Sales Planning and Operations will be the lynchpin between the Sales team and internal and external key stakeholders.
