Job Description:

• Perform recruitment functions including matching candidates to jobs, understand job seekers' requirements
• Understand technicalities and details of respective job industries
• Working together with both clients and candidates to ensure respective interests and requirements are met
• Identify business opportunities and develop new business accounts
• To initiate a range of business development and marketing activities to build new corporate clients and grow your own client portfolio
• Manage internal and external stakeholders and clients on their hiring needs
• To engage in candidate sourcing activities, such as publishing job advertisements and conducting candidate referrals, to ensure a consistent supply of candidates to meet client's needs
• To manage candidates’ job needs and expectations, their payroll and employment benefits

Requirements:

• Min A Levels/Diploma
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• People-oriented
• Resourceful and self-motivated.
• No prior experience needed
• A commitment of minimum 3 months

Job Responsibilities:

· To execute activities for the recruitment of special population groups

· To develop recruitment strategies to recruit specific patient groups in line with company priorities and objectives.

· To work with Recruitment Team Leader to coordinate publicity and recruitment exercise focusing on special population group.

· To initiate recruitment drives collaborating with external parties to expand the pool of special population.

· To provide inputs into the development of study-specific patient recruitment plan.

· To reach out and work closely with external collaborators to drive patient recruitment initiatives.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Business / Marketing / Arts / Sciences
• No experience required as on-job-training will be provided
• High energy, team player and people oriented
