• Performs machine & process setup
• Perform Troubleshooting and maintenance of wire bonder and die attach machines
• Maintain a good machine Uptime
• Ensure that he quality product is manufactured on schedule within the customer’s requirement

• Manage the logistic for parts so as to sustain production line.
• Support any ad-hoc duties.


Job Requirements:

b. Processed basic technical knowledge in machine repair and troubleshooting.
c. Minimum 2 year experience in mass production / engineering environment

Job Description:
Arrange and prepare raw material and packaging material for the daily production according to schedule
Responsible for the whole process of the production process flow – checking, labelling, scooping material, filling and packing the finished product into the carton by production schedule
Cleaning of machines, clean rooms and corridors
Work as a team to ensure the production is running smooth, help colleagues to complete the daily output
Follow safety rules and regulation in the company and department

Requirements:

• Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering
• At least 3 years of ATE Test Program Development (C++/VB) experience with J750, UltraFlex, Advantest 93K, Advantest T2K test programming.
