Job Title: Production Supervisor (ID8220)
Location: Ang Mo Kio, Singapore
Working Hours: Mon-Fri: 9AM-6PM, Sat 9AM-1PM
Salary: $2200 - $2800

Job Description:
Able to lead, train and coach team member
Manage and handle daily production purchase, inventory, stock, and work schedule
Willing to learn and participate from the start to the end finishing product
Cleaning and troubleshoot in production machines
Responsible for the whole process of the manufacturing from purchase, withdraw, issue until handover to warehouse
Create, maintain and update the SAP system
ISO documentation update, recording and maintenance
Responsible for the internal and external audit process and documentation
Co-operate with inter department to ensure the production is running as per schedule
Other task/assignment given by the Superior/Management

Requirement:
Diploma with Engineering Chemical or Chemistry background will be advantage
At least 3-5 years manufacturing work experience required
Independent thinker who acts and decides objectively and with integrity
Willing to learn new things and hands on
Excellent communication so as to provide training and coaching to team member and also to handle queries from clients/associates
Computer literate

As a Customer Success Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our clients achieve maximum value from our services. You will act as both a Consultant and Relationship Manager, working closely with clients to understand their needs, provide expert guidance and build strong, long-lasting relationships with them. Your KPI is to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction and increase the customer retention rate for every client you serve.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring high level of quality in services and deliverables from delivery team
• Conduct regular check-ins with clients to identify issues, concerns or needs and address them timely and promptly
• Responsible for onboarding new clients, ensuring smooth transition and successful implementation

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage directly with clients to understand their sustainability goals and challenges.

• Develop and present in-depth technical explanations and solution plans tailored to clients’ ESG needs.

Qualifications:

Qualifications:

• IT Degree or relevant tertiary education in Computer Science
• Over 5 years of successful ServiceNow project delivery
• Demonstrated articulation of value of personal ServiceNow project delivery
• Proven experience ensuring high-quality ServiceNow development
• Proven experience with creating build documentation, solution designs and detailed design specification documentation
• Background with other hands-on development skills such as HTML, XML, JavaScript/AJAX, Integrations (web services, SOAP, email, MID, etc)
• Ability to lead workshops as part of a team
• Delivery of ServiceNow projects on multiple ServiceNow product lines
• Ability to provide platform insight and forward thinking on ServiceNow upgrades, new releases, future ServiceNow roadmaps
