• Review distributes work order to departments, donating quantity, type and proposed completion date of units to be produced.

• Minimum 2 year experience in Production Planning preferably in manufacturing environment
• Well versed in computer skill especially in excel and other Microsoft office skills and knowledge in Navision is preferred.

Responsibilities :
• Ensure all production processes and equipment are well maintained to conduct daily operating activities.
• To ensure all tanks level (Emulsion and feed tank) calculation checks are sufficient for operations.
• Perform routine and non-routine samples for QC testing.
• Pre-weigh raw materials (i.e. liquid/powder) for preparation and collection
• Compound ingredients and packed finished goods with minimal supervision and wastage
• To transport finished goods to warehouse with proper labelling and update.
• Ensure all essential material inventories are sufficient and replenish supplies to optimal level if necessary.
• Maintain Good Housekeeping standard and Material Movement devices like stackers and report any abnormality to the supervisor, follow up the Engineering team.

Job Purpose

The OTC (Order To Cash) Functional Lead reports into the ERP Application Manager and maintains responsibility for hands-on leadership in managing and supporting OTC (order-to-cash, and related modules within MODEC’s global SAP system especially with Project Control (PS module). Prerequisites:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a production management role, with proven experience in transforming a production environment.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage, inspire, and develop a diverse production team through significant organizational changes.
• Strong understanding of Lean, Six Sigma or similar methodologies. Familiarity with shop floor control approaches and implementation.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and motivational skills, with an ability to foster a positive, engaging, and innovative work environment.
• Fluent in both English and Mandarin.
• Experience with shop floor control methodologies and a strong analytical approach to problem-solving and decision-making.

Responsibilities and Duties:

· To lead a multi-disciplinary team in planning the care of the patients and in ensuring the quality of care.
