• Responsible for training workers on handling chemical spillage and emergency response activities.  All new workers are to be familiarized with all aspects of safety, according to the new employee induction procedure checklist.  Upon completion of the induction, the immediate supervisor and the new employee must sign the form.

• Facilitate Return Material Authorization (RMA) orders from customer to address warranty claims or refurbished orders.
• Release production orders in Baan to ensure on time completion of orders based on the planned start date in system.
• Support and participate in company continuous improvement program to advise on areas for improvements within the scope of Plan to Deliver.

Qualification & Experiences:

• Degree/ Diploma in Engineering/Supply Chain/Logistics Management or other relevant discipline.
• Minimum 2 year of experience as controller in manufacturing industry or equivalent.
• Good problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Advance Microsoft Excel functions
• Good communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Oversee inventory to meet production demands and avoid shortages.
• Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to ensure timely material delivery.
• Adjust production schedules as necessary to meet deadlines.
• Ensure product quality by working closely with the testing team.
• Schedule production staff according to workload requirements.
• Utilize ERP/MRP systems for streamlined planning and scheduling.
• Supervise production staff for effective task completion as required.

Requirements :

• Diploma in Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of working experience in electronics manufacturing.
• Experienced in material planning, inventory management, and proficient in ERP and MRP systems.
• Possess leadership and supervisory skills.

Sia Partners is looking for a Contractor to support our Risk, Regulatory & Compliance practice serving our clients as an AML/KYC Consultant. The consultant will work closely with our client’s compliance and legal teams, leading cross-functional initiatives around KYC/ AML initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Perform the KYC for Corporate Banking
• Prepare KYC documents collection checklist and collect data from RMs and clients
• Engage with customers to collect KYC (Know Your Customer) information and documents, addressing queries while delivering excellent customer service.
• Perform identification and verification process
• Perform screening and hit escalation process
• Update the KYC data into the KYC systems
• Perform four eyes control check on the KYC profiles
• Perform quality assurance of the KYC profiles completed
• Escalate all exceptions for Compliance review
• Conduct Quality Control and Quality Assurance sampling checks.
• Analyze and resolve screening hits during client onboarding and ongoing monitoring.
• Perform background checks and conduct interviews with clients.
• Assess client businesses and conduct qualitative AML (Anti-Money Laundering) risk profiling.
• Review and resolve transaction monitoring alerts.
• Participate in system and process improvement initiatives, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Manage day-to-day stakeholder interactions, resolving issues with Compliance, Operations, and AML teams.
• Oversee customer offboarding, including internal coordination and customer notifications.

Working Days: 5 day work week (Mon - Fri)

Morning Shift: 7am - 3pm
Noon Shift: 3pm - 11pm
Night Shift: 11pm - 7am

Job Responsibilities:

1. Operate and monitor machinery on the assembly line to ensure smooth operation
2. Conduct routine maintenance tasks on machinery as needed
3. Identify and address any issues with machine operation
4. Utilize mechanical and electrical knowledge to troubleshoot and repair production machines
5. Conduct regular inspections to identify potential malfunctions and perform preventive maintenance
6. Assist Supervisor in day-to-day operation lines.
7. Planning, coordinating the workflow on production lines to achieve production targets.
8. Trouble shooting production problems and assist in planning new project work.
9. Other duties as and when assigned by management.

1. Diploma in Mechanical / Mechatronics Engineering
