Production Department Manager

The primary job responsibility of the Production Department Manager is to ensure efficient and effective production operations through optimising resource allocation, monitoring production metrics, and implementing process improvements to maximise productivity and minimise waste. He / She drives continuous improvement and operational excellence within the production department by identifying areas for improvement, implementing lean manufacturing principles, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement among the production team. He / She ensures the production team has the necessary skills, knowledge, and resources to perform their roles effectively.

Job Description

1. Over-see and manage the overall budget expenditure and headcount in the departments.

• To develop and implements programs to improve cost-effectiveness, safety, and manufacturing standards.

2. Responsible for the department’s workplace safety and health

3. Lead and manage ECR reduction and closure.

Requirements:

• Degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent
• At least 8 years of relevant working experience in the chemical manufacturing industry with at least 5 years in a similar capacity

• Computer-literate to handle MS Office applications.

• Contribute significantly to our SAP S/4 HANA implementation project, focusing on Finance, Procurement, and/or Supply Chain.

• Ensure that the S/4HANA solution, along with relevant add-ons, aligns with our Digital Enterprise Architecture and Application Roadmap, delivering the envisioned business outcomes.
• Provide support for any ongoing Business-As-Usual (BAU) work when necessary.

• Hold a degree in Information Technology or a related field.
• Possess a minimum of 5 years of functional and technical experience in SAP FICO, MM, and/or PM modules.

• At least 15 to 20 years of clinical experience, preferably with specialty in TCM Gynecology / Pediatrics / Mental disorders / Geriatrics / Oncology / Pain Management.
• Effectively bilingual and equipped with computer skills to manage electronic clinic system.
• Professional in conduct and appearance, maintain confidentiality, and demonstrate a commitment to providing high-quality care to patients.
