1. General

Planner is responsible for Sales order acknowledgement, issue Purchase Order, schedule production plan according to demand and invoice for shipment. Develop production plan according to available capacity and scheduling of work orders per customers requirement (Assemble to order). Analyzes supply and demand at the family and master schedule level to determine out of balance conditions and recommended alternatives to superior. . Experience in warehousing management and operations is necessary

2. Resposiblilities

· Responsible for creating and maintaining master schedule for material and capacity planning balancing the supply and demand for a product family.

· Create Purchase Order and acknowledge Sales Order from Supply Units.

· Coordinate with Suppliers, Supply Unit, production and logistics to ensure delivery schedule are met.

· Expedite material from Suppliers and follow up with them on discrepancies claim.

· Review Order Point, Safety Stock and Demand and maintain components at optimize level to minimize slow, non-movers obsolescence.

· Participate in key performance indicator on Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost.

· Support ISO 9001 quality and ISO 14001 environment management system

· Drive warehouse improvements with data base analysis and best practice recommendations.

Responsibilities:

• Under direct supervision, assists with the review and analysis of client requirements or problems and assists in the development of client solutions
• Assists in the development of detailed documentation and specifications
• Under close supervision, performs quantitative or qualitative analyzes to assist in the identification of client issues and the development of client specific solutions.
• Assists in the design and structure of presentations that are appropriate to the characteristics or needs of the audience.

Our company have been in the beauty industry for over 15 years. Our clients are mainly from the neighbourhood with large customer base.

We are looking for experienced Beauty Consultant/ Therapist / Sales Supervisor (Full-Time) to our growing family.

Basic salary + Commission

Job Descriptions

• To come up with a new dish every 3 months
• Responsible for taking charge of quality of new dishes
• Impart skills and knowledge of new dishes created to the appointed outlet chef
• Ensure proper SOPs and HACCP standards are carried out
• Maintain food quality and safety standards
• Ensure proper maintainence of the kitchen within each outlet
• Analyzing data from food sales records in restaurants or other venues to identify trends in customer preferences
• Communicating with staff members to coordinate menu planning and preparation for special events
• Developing menus that meet budget requirements and are appealing to customers
• Ensure all activities conform to HACCP and AVA guidelines
