This position serves as a project and implementation manager, as well as a deep subject matter expert to clients (financial institutions or third-party technology platforms) who have signed up for Visa Commercial and Money Movement Solutions’ suite of products such as B2B Connect, Visa Direct and potentially other card-based solutions. Location: TUAS
Salary: $12/hr
Working days:Monday - Friday 8am-5pm

Position title: Production Supervisor

Salary: $2200 - $3000

Location: Ang Mo Kio (3 bus stops from Yio Chu Kang Interchange)

Working Days: 5.5 Days Work Week

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm, Saturday 9am to 1pm

Job Description:
- Able to lead, train and coach team member

- Manage and handle daily production purchase, inventory, stock, and work schedule

- Willing to learn and participate from the start to the end finishing product

- Cleaning and troubleshoot in production machines

- Responsible for the whole process of the manufacturing from purchase, withdraw, issue until handover to warehouse

- Create, maintain and update the SAP system

- ISO documentation update, recording and maintenance

- Responsible for the internal and external audit process and documentation

- Co-operate with inter department to ensure the production is running as per schedule

- Other task/assignment given by the Superior/Management

Job Requirements:

- Diploma with Engineering Chemical or Chemistry background will be advantage

- At least 3-5 years manufacturing work experience required

- Able to provide training and coaching to team member and also to handle queries from clients/associates

• Position: Production Admin Executive / Production Coordinator

• Working hours: Monday – Friday (8:00am – 5:15pm)

Main Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the supervisor / manager to ensure production planning runs smoothly and give support to the team.
• Coordinator between Admin and QA for any production issue.
• Ensure production output data are accurate and perform monitoring check.
• To be responsible for production data collection and data entry.
• Data key in for raw material withdrawal record, finished goods production.
• Ensure all the inspection records by production operators are accurate and comply with requirements.
• Establish and enforce company policies and safety procedures for staff.
• Other related duties as assigned by the production / operation manager and managing director.

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE “O” Level or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of relevant working experience in the manufacturing environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office application.
