As a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant - Intelligence, your primary responsibility is to design and set up marketing campaign intelligence on the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform. This is a contractor position for a duration of 6 to 9 months.

Responsibilities

1. Intelligence Module Design and Implementation:

o Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable intelligence within SFMC.

o Configure and optimize intelligence modules such as Datorama and Einstein to set up robust campaigns performance monitoring and reporting.

o Test implemented intelligence modules

2. Campaign Optimization and Improvement:

o A/B Testing: Design and execute A/B tests to optimize email content, subject lines, and other campaign elements.

o Provide data-driven recommendations to business stakeholders to enhance campaign effectiveness.

3. Content Personalization:

o Implement content personalization using AMPscript.

o Optimize customer journeys based on individual preferences and behaviors.

4. Training and Knowledge Transfer:

o Train our team members on building intelligence within SFMC.

o Share best practices for campaign optimization and analytics.

Qualifications

• Salesforce certified with experience building reporting and dashboards within salesforce environment
• Knowledge of programming languages in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, specify to AMPscript and SQL
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Job Responsibilities

This includes using initiatives and frameworks such as CRREM, SBTi and GRESB.

Support Green Rating (e.g. Green Mark, LEED, WELL, EDGE, or related standards) Certification Advisory: Assisting clients to implement the certification process and to ensure compliance with local regulations and prevailing sustainability standards. Monitoring and Reporting: Monitoring the performance of Green-certified buildings through regular audits and inspections. Collecting data on energy, water consumption, waste management, and other sustainability metrics to generate performance reports for clients.

Stakeholder/client Engagement: Educating and engaging stakeholders/clients, including investors, building owners, developers and occupants, on the pathway to net zero. This may include conducting workshops, seminars, and training sessions.

Market/technology trends: Keeping abreast of the latest trends and advancements in the sustainability field and to update our sustainability offering to be competitive

Function as a team player and collaborate closely with other leads within the team for delivery. Project management for local and overseas projects, prepare proposals, reports and presentations in collaboration with the team.

Required Skills & Experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain constructive and effective relationships with customer representatives, to ensure contractual obligations are met and exceeded.
• Co-ordinate and liaison in supply chain process with customers, freight forwarders, and transporters, to ensure on-time delivery and receiving.

Key Requirements:

• Good understanding of logistics supply chain management ideologies and practices.
• Class 3 driving license and forklift license is an advantage

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Responsible to lead the teams of production operators and technicians to meet daily production targets, schedule and quality standard.
• Plan workflow on the production teams and achieve the production target.
• Draw up duty roster for operators and technicians; allocating work and plan & authorize the overtime accordingly.
• Work closely with production planner to meet the on time shipments schedule.
• Work with various departments / engineering group in cross functional efforts to resolve the production related issues.
• Compilation and monitor the monthly production OEE and wastage report.
• Analyses and determine the production losses & high wastage causes, and ensure that the necessary corrective / preventive action is taken when necessary.
• Initiate action to prevent the occurrence of any non-conformity relating to product, process and quality system.


Secondary Responsibilities:
• Ensure the effective communication between shifts.
• Ensure the safety standard and GMP practices is followed strictly.
