Job Responsibilities:

• Provide level 2 End User Computing support and well verse in Windows OS.
• Good Hardware and software troubleshooting skills for PC.
• Break fix and IMAC support for end user deskside equipment.
• Basic troubleshooting skills for IOS and android devices.

Fabrica AI is reinventing how robots are developed. Currently novel robots take 5-20 years. We are building a design automation platform to bring it down to a month, and have already demonstrated significant progress by developing tile grouting robots in record time. Robotics simulation and reinforcement learning has been advancing a lot making it 1000x cheaper to train robots compared to 5 years ago, and as Jensen Huang said at Nvidia GTC 2024, "the ChatGPT moment for robotics may be just around the corner." A couple other companies are building on the same paradigm shift but we are the only ones using it to automate hardware design, not just software.

Building robots and a design automation platform together brings great synergy - the platform helps us develop robots faster than anyone else and the robots allow us to gather data and do experiments at scale. Data gathering can be done through partnerships with other robotics companies, but doing experiments is crucial for grounding the platform in reality and ensuring its usefulness. The grouting robots are already deploying daily at construction sites and bringing value to clients. We are currently negotiating sales worth around 500k USD. With manufacturing cost multiple times lower than companies using a traditional robotic arm, our robots have an ROI in weeks. Our robot is also small and simple to use, operating from a single button without the need to upload floorplans or do any complex setup. Job Summary

As the key individual assigned to the project by the Piping Department Manager and Lead Piping Engineer, you will fulfill the responsibilities associated with this role. Your duties include preparing major piping layouts, creating MTO sketches, and reviewing 3D CAD models related to piping systems, equipment, and structures, while also conducting interference detection. You will have technical accountability for interpreting and assessing stress and vibration results, reviewing piping layouts, and managing piping information. Additionally, you will be tasked with monitoring piping engineering progress against the approved schedule, evaluating modifications, and implementing corrective actions as necessary. Duties & Responsibilities

• To study the ITB (Invitation to Bid), project specifications, and design foundations, including the scope of work, overall project schedule, basic design data, client specifications, standard client drawings, existing drawings, and the plot plan.

• To assist in the planning and organization of piping engineering activities and the manpower requirements for the project.

• To aid in the development of the piping engineering and design schedule, manpower requirements, man-hour distribution, and execution plan, based on the scope of work and the approved budget for man-hours and schedule.

• To coordinate the piping design and engineering efforts with other Lead Engineers and project disciplines, as directed by the Piping Design Supervisor.

• To prepare a comprehensive list of piping information and layouts, as well as a document list in accordance with the standard procedures established for the project.

• To interpret and evaluate the results of stress and vibration analyses, providing recommendations for addressing any identified issues.

The key functions of Process Engineer is to:

1. Applies Engineering principles and techniques to optimise production process in the fab to meet department and organization goals and objectives

2. Analyse and troubleshoots process engineering, manufacturing, and maintenance issues, and recommend engineering solutions or developed work instructions for out of control processes

3. Leads production and manufacturing systems, improvement projects and develop operation plans in accordance with department and organization objectives alighn with regulatory requirements.

Tasks:

• Analyze SPC charts using SPACE. Know all the PR rules and their significance. Do proper annotation to maintain quality troubleshooting rate for SPC OOC. Understand Cp and Cpk indices.
• Analyze split lot, DOE data, ET, sort yield using JMP, Klarity ACE.
• Create SPC charts, DCOP and modify SLDB using PROMIS (Si-View).
• Upload recipe, check recipe and ensure recipe content compliance using RMS.
• Follow up on SPSR, MRB, 8D, TECN, or spec update with ECN. Provide guidance to junior Engineers.
• Setup and troubleshoot issues in recipes/ job files in all metrology tools within the Module.
• Analyze data from passed down to identify chronic process issues, establish improvement programs and lead engineers to resolve them. Establish CAS / procedures to be followed and work with other departments for resolution if required.
• Work as a team with both Equipment and Manufacturing Engineers to meet Module objectives. Drive team to meet key indices of Uptime and OEE as per the goals set for these indices.
• Take on leadership roles to drive a small cross functional task team to address yield improvement/ excursion issues.
• Facilitate/ initiate CIP programs to optimize process window, cost, yield, and productivity. Establish plans and strategies to optimize process capability to meet operational requirements.
• Resolve complex technical issues in own Module or yield related issues
• Follow up with cross-fab benchmarking activities to engage the best-in-campus practices across fabs.
• Self audit and update specifications / documentation to meet TS16949 Quality Standard requirements.
