Job Summary:

• Working days: Monday to Friday (8.30am – 5.30pm) and Saturday (8.30am to 12.30pm)

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and submit weekly reports regularly, and maintain records
• Manage the quality assurance/quality control function on-site on various phases of the project
• Ensure that the approved Inspection and Test Plan (ITP) and Method Statements are implemented by the sub-contractor on site and the particular hold points required are coordinated with the Project Team
• Review ITP as submitted by the sub-contractor’s and ensure compliance with authorities/client' requirements
• Closely monitor site activities, fully coordinate with site engineers, issuing NCR’s in case of non-compliance
• Monitor and check calibration of plants, equipment, and testing instruments
• Monitor plant conditions and material production during construction phase
• Approve the source of materials, keep track of the testing, quality and usage of materials procured for the works
• Perform inspections of deliverables to ensure that material is as per approvals
• Take care of QA/QC documents of the entire project
• Carry out Internal Audit at the site as scheduled in the Project Quality Plan (PQP)
• Identify problems, root cause, and offers solutions

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
• Familiar with LTA projects job specifications in both civil and architectural works
• At least 3 years QA/QC experience in construction industry
• Possess experience in handling Conquas application procedure

• capable of reading drawings and extracting the bill of quantities.
• Store and retrieve business records, documents, and reports, as well as digitize them into the computer system inside the appropriate folders.
• Handle the Payment Claim for the Project.
• Monitor the project and the assigned tasks.
• Project submission and progress coordination.
• Track the development of fabrication and production.

Requirements:

• Minimum done Diploma Electrical Engineering in Singapore
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD software
• Capable of reading and interpreting electrical engineering drawings
• MUST HAVE CLASS 3 LICENSE

About the Job:

• Develop, improve & implement goals towards regulatory compliance, injury prevention & awareness promotion/ cultural transformation.
• Conduct risk assessments & identify potential hazards for new construction/ expansion/ major installation projects/ contractors’ work activities.
• Manage all safety incidents from investigations, analysis of root cause/ trends/ gaps to proposal of preventive & corrective action and presentation to the management board if necessary.
• Act as the main liaison between company & statutory board for ISO 45001, ISO14001, SS651 audits & recertification, as well as delivery trainings to the employees on ground.
• Provide supports to business continuity planning, product stewardship and other safety & security programmes.

About You:

• BSc/ MSc in EHS/ chemical engineering/ relevant disciplines.
• Certified MOM WSHO officer & Fire Safety Manager.
• 2-4 years of work experience, preferably in the chemical/ pharmaceuticals/ electronics with laboratory/ manufacturing exposure.
• Candidates with more years of experience, with people management experience can be considered a manager title.
• Well versed in ISO14001, ISO45001, SS651. Knowledge in other safety aspects like chemical safety, confined space assessment & work at heights is a plus.
