Responsibilities

• Perform the Manufacturing Engineering activity in Engine Overhaul/Component Repair production areas. Act as Technical Authority, assuring the initial and continuing capability of the Production method to produce conforming product and ensuring the resolution of technical issues/problems/arisings to meet business and customer requirements for safety, cost, delivery rate and leadtime (SQCD). Support integration on all Manufacturing Engineering activities across the product lifecycle and through the supply chain.
• HSE – Practice full compliance to Health, Safety & Environmental Standards and meet the expectations of the Zero Harm programme.
• Product Safety – Understand product safety risks and work on mitigation to meet the required safety levels supporting requirements of the Company’s Safety Management System.
• Quality – Practice a culture of zero defects ensuring that manufacturing processes and methods within the business are developed and deployed to support Right First methodology. Support process and product related Quality investigation, and manage NADCAP accreditation.
• Delivery – Ensure that manufacturing processes and methods of manufacture within the business and suppliers are developed and deployed to support/deliver Right First Time manufacture using SPS, DMAIC and System Engineering tools. Manage FAIR/MSA activities and Source & method change in the cell/area of accountability.
• Delivery – Review issues identified e.g. Troubleshoot Strip / Build, Balancing, Runout, In-situ repair, Component Repair processes and key equipment/toolings (ITT, VTL, BTG, Wash, FTB, CMM, etc), determine resolutions and reestablish the Standards.
• Cost – Support cell/area of accountability to meet cost targets e.g. productivity, CONQ etc.
• Standards – Deploy and sustain the SAESL Operating System Standards by working with the Cell/Area CFT, and where applicable with the suppliers. Identify opportunity to improve the Standards.
• Technical Authority – Specify Manufacturing Engineering and process requirements and make technical decisions in relation to the cell/area of accountability.
• Lean/Improvement – Identify requirements for improvements and innovations in manufacturing processes and methods of manufacture within their cell/area of accountability. Prioritise and promote launch of new projects based on business case. Drive manufacturing processes towards identified best practice.
• Deploy capability (including NPI) – Responsible for production readiness of new product manufacturing capabilities or methods of manufacture. Develop numerate, real time methods for capturing process capability, and ensure it is available and acted on within the facility/supply chain. Maintenance of Production Technical Packages (technical instructions, programmes, tooling, etc) for all parts/assembles which clearly define the manufacturing process ensuring manufacturing processes and/or methods of manufacture meets the requirements for quality, cost, delivery rate and lead time

Requirements

• Degree in Aeronautical / Manufacturing / Mechanical / Industrial Engineering discipline (Candidates with Diploma in Aeronautical / Manufacturing / Mechanical / Industrial discipline and relevant experience may be considered).
• Fresh graduates may be considered.
• Good knowledge of high bypass gas turbine engines.
• Good knowledge of material and component repair processes (e.g. Welding, Machining, Painting, Coating, etc).
• Good communication, analytical, engineering and project management skills.
• Good technical problem-solving skills (Six Sigma) and hands-on approach.

• Study and review M&E Drawings and coordinate M&E works with the consultants, sub-contractors as well as project structural & architectural colleagues team to resolve any technical, site issues and discrepancies.
• To carry out site supervision on M&E works and arrange inspection with RTO
• To supervise M&E subcon works and ensure subcontractors progress in accordance to schedule set
• Arrange all the M&E T&C works
• Ensure timely production and submission of M&E shop drawings, materials and method statement are to be approved before use
• Highlight and advise the project staff on the interfacing of M&E services and the ID works

Job Responsibilities :

• Sourcing of material or components
• Preparation of material data sheet for submission
• New product development, finding the source and request quotation; prepare the costing sheet.
• Create BOM for in house products.
• Convert, Modify & Create drawings for in house products, exp : PDF, 2D & 3D
• Involve engineering evaluation and study for related products.
• Leading engineering changes and the product continuous improvement for in house products.
• Prepare, review & create DFM for in house products.
• Arrange, plan, prepare coordinate Sample build activities for in house products.
• Prepare, schedule, coordinate and monitor the assigned engineering projects.
• To work with factory to perform qualitative and quantitative analyses according to customer requirements.
• Coordinate, arrange and inspect for all required sample submission.
• Review, distribute, coordinate & control project related documents, exp: Drawing, DFM & Work instruction etc.
• Document all necessary data, acceptance and implementation procedures.
• Ensures proper records and documented for all activities required for the project.
• Control & monitor any product ECN, running change & improvement implementation.
• Oversees any trials and/or validations that pertain to the specific project.
• Provides technical support in solving product quality problems.
• Provide ongoing reports to department manager regarding project progress and project status.
• Coordinate with all internal department for all project requirements before start of production.
• Ensure product quality & capacity achieve according to requirements & plan.
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned by superior; management.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum qualification - mechanical related diploma graduated
• Minimum 1-year experience in project engineering management.
• Mechanical product or Molding related process experience is an added advantage
• Taking initiative and/or leadership on projects and good project management skills.

Responsibilities

· Assist senior or principal engineer with solution development.

· Create Test case and work with business for User Acceptance Testing

· Participate in services and software system development and design.

· Work with IT to ensure Business As usual support for factory system.

· Work with capability acquisition team to ensure that future technology improvement aligns with Factory / Enterprise System requirement / expectation.

· Create reports and support business information requirement.

· Assist business during system roll out.

· Can drive the system and deal with routine error message.

Requirements

· Possess a Degree or Diploma in Engineering, IT or related fields

· Experience with Microsoft Power Platform development

· Experience with Microsoft Visual Studio Application development

· Excellent team player, self-motivated and self-driven to deliver result.

· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and project management skills

· Experience in leveraging 3rd party partners for support and/or projects.

· Knowledge on Networking and Server Architecture

· Experience with Object Oriented Design will be advantageous.

· Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies

· Experience working in a high availability manufacturing services environment will be advantageous.

· Experience with Six Sigma, LEAN or other Continuous Improvement process will be advantageous.

As a Gas Chromatography lab application engineer, you would be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing gas chromatography systems. Your work would involve ensuring the proper functioning of gas chromatography instruments, troubleshooting issues, and providing technical support.

Responsibilities:

• To provide active support to gas chromatography tuning, preparation of GC operation data and report.
• Gas chromatography tuning involves columns installation, operation data collection, and handling of gas and liquid cylinders.
• Ability to troubleshoot gas chromatography issues.
• Support the manager to ensure the quality of the GC produced and to ensure the cleanliness and safety of the lab.
• Support the department on the daily operation activities.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma and above in Chemical engineering/Chemistry/ Chemical Process, or any related module is preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience as a Gas Chromatography Lab Application Engineer, who is familiar with gas chromatography principles, operation, calibration, and data analysis is essential
• Proficiency in Microsoft excel and word.

As a Senior Mechatronics Engineer - Control Systems, you will be responsible for developing and implementing control systems for our robotic solutions. You will work on the integration of mechanical, electrical, and software components to ensure optimal performance.

• Proficiency in PCB Design, Development and Fabrication (Autodesk, Altium etc.)
• Strong prototyping skills in PCB design and inhouse fabrication
• Minimum 3 years experience in managing PCB manufacturing with external vendors
• Proficiency in managing PCB BOM and component selection based on life cycle requirements.
• Experience in conducting PCB tests for EMC compliance (under CE, UL, PSB etc.)
• Strong understanding of microcontrollers, sensors, and communication protocols.
• Experience with real-time operating systems (RTOS) and embedded Linux.
