• Originate and close opportunities to develop new market segments, product groups and channels.
• Identify and canvass new sales opportunities and market through prospecting.

• Work closely with General Manager to develop and implement sales and service strategies to achieve committed sales target.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, preferably in Marine, Mechanical or Mechatronics field.
• Have a strong and successful sales experience for more than 5 years in marine industry.
• Positive working attitude and self-motivated.
• Preferred who are familiar with 2-Stroke & 4-Stroke Engines, Engine Components MRO.

Job Responsibilities :

- To develop and maintain business strategies by achieving sales target and increased market shares.

• Responsible for leading the planning and design of Mechanical engineering works for building services and infrastructure works.
• Review reports, specifications, calculations, drawings, and other documents prepared for the different stages of a project.
• Supervise the installation, testing, and commissioning of Mechanical engineering works.
• Work together with other disciplines in feasibility studies and design, as well as to ensure excellent service delivery to Clients.
• Correspond with project experience acquired and individual competency in technical knowledge/skills, project management, and contract administration.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering recognized by the Professional Engineers Board, Singapore
• Registered with the Professional Engineers Board, Singapore.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Mechanical engineering design for building services and infrastructure works. Those with more than 5 years of relevant experience may considered for a Senior role.
• Good working experience in a consulting firm with a proven track record in major development projects.
• Conversant with local codes and regulations, and authority submission procedures.
• Strong planning, organizational, and supervisory skills.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and/or Autodesk Revit is advantageous

• At least 3 years of relevant experience
• Skills on SDLC, CI/CD, Agile

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and administer tools which will automate operational activities and improve engineering productivity
• Identify industry best practices/solutions and pursue continuous improvement opportunities in SDLC / SDLC2 (Software Development Life Cycle) processes and practices, relentlessly drive for standardization, automation and self-services.
• Develop reusable, scalable, and testable automation scripts and tools for routine and repetitive tasks.
• Drive alignment efforts between development and operations teams to better recognize benefits of automation and cloud.
• Ability to research, propose and prototype new principles, technologies, tools and concepts and integrated them into the teams collective knowledge.
• Developing CI/CD roadmap and implementing to the projects. Help on AGILE/SCRUM Methodologies while execution.
• Manage and builds EAPI with Unit testing, Code Coverage, Enhancements. Same promote to Production through Jenkins CI/CD Pipeline.
