• Programming, understand and help customers define their needs.
• Attend all solution related problems on site, troubleshoot and provide technical support to customers as well as resolve technical issues.
• Conduct training to enable users/customers optimizing the graphical user interface.
• Provide necessary testing and debugging to engineering & factory for designing new products/refining existing products.
• Ensure full compliance with all validation issues concerning the product application, controls and documentation.
• Support product warranty claims and quality issue. Update customer complaints system & prepare monthly failure analysis report.
• Actively interact with customers to develop service business to achieve customer satisfaction.
• Collate and maintain project pursuit reports for management’s review and action plan.
• Training and mentorship shall be provided for fresh graduates.

Requirements:

• ITE/ Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 1 years’ experience in similar industry.
• Immediate starter is preferred.
• Possess good communication skill for effective follow-up and attention to details.
• Ability to interact with all levels in a professional & responsive manner.
• Display maturity and able to handle stress.
• Willingness to learn and progress in a fast paced environment.
• Enthusiastic and able to work in a team oriented environment.
• General knowledge of AV products such as Crestron, AMX, QSC, Extron is preferred.
• Other related duties assign by Company from time to time.
• Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident is preferred.
