• Responsible for Call logging, Assignment, Incident Management & Coordination, Call Tracking and follow‐up until closure within the agreed SLA.

As a Software Engineer, you will be responsible of delivering multi-platform middleware to customers, enabling the usage of Thales’ PKI applications for PC end-users.
