Essential Functions:

• Demonstrates relevant technical working knowledge to understand requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Reporting to the Production Supervisor and leading the Production operators.
• Achieve the Output in timely completion of production plan & requirement.
• Scheduling and assigning adequate resources, monitoring progress, and resolving problem
• Prepare Handler Equipment for production if not enough capacity.
• Follow customer disposition at Hold lot and Low Yield. Lots to release, retest reject, ICOS scan, 100% OQA, 100% inspection when customer give disposition.
• Maintain a clean and safe working area with housekeeping standards for employees and ensure that they conform to safety rules and regulations

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of experience in either a technical environment or manufacturing industry

• Prior hands-on experience in Test Production manufacturing (i.e. mechanical/electrical, troubleshooting)

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Degree in Bachelor's and Associate Degree in Education, Management, Technical, Culinary, Food Service Management, Food Technology, Dietetics, Hospitality, Business, Culinary Arts, Healthcare of relevant or equivalent
• At least 2 years of experience in relevant field or in F&B background
• Proven experience in food production management, with a strong understanding of food production processes, equipment, and technologies.
• Adequate leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, strong organisational skills; and attention to detail
• Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking.
