Job Description:

1. Technical Oversight: Provide technical expertise and support, resolve drawing discrepancies & technical difficulties with technical team and ensure preparation of detailed method statements and work instructions for scheduled job are done. Plan all works on site, including program schedules and construction methods, forecast equipment, material and manpower requirement, and control usage and wastages of all.

2. Project Management: Manage engineering projects, including planning, scheduling, and budgeting to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

3. Safety Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations and protocols of the job site to maintain a safe working environment.

4. Quality Control: Oversee quality control procedures to maintain high standards of construction and operation.

5. Team Collaboration: Work closely with multidisciplinary teams, including chemical engineers, mechanical engineers, and technicians. Coordinates between sub-contractors/vendors/stakeholders and monitor site manpower / material / equipment demands to meet schedules. Liaise with the owners and consultants on the submission related to structural works, project, maintenance works, electrical works and Technical Department.

6. Problem Solving: Identify and troubleshoot engineering issues, offering effective solutions.

7. Documentation: Prepare technical reports, documentation, and progress reports.

8. Supervision: Monitor and supervise Engineers / foremen, ensure compliance to the quality procedures & standard of workmanship. Checking on quality and quantity of work by subcontractors.

Qualifications:

1. Education: A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field is typically required

2. Experience: 10 years of experience as a Engineer or similar job role in the electrical Engineering industry or Mechanical cum steel structural work and maintenace works.

3. Technical Skills: Technical expertise and knowledge in mechanical cum steel structural works , electrical , maintenance works , M& E engineering. Proficient in Microsoft Project and Good knowledge on method statements, Autocads drawing –piping isometric and etc

4. Communication Skills: Effective communication and teamwork are crucial for collaborating with various teams and stakeholders.

5. Project Management: Project management skills are valuable for overseeing engineering projects effectively.

6. Safety Awareness: A strong commitment to safety and the ability to ensure compliance with safety standards is essential.

• Ability to identify potential and occurring problems that affect the schedule of works at site and recommend solutions to relevant team / department.
• Ensuring that the site works are completed with high quality standards and adhering to safety requirements throughout the project or maintenance works.

The Contract Manager is overall responsible for coordinating every aspect of the project from developing contracting strategies to implementation, coordinating with project team, ensuring project deadlines on contracting are adhered to and contract management.

Pre Award Contract:

• Ensure that pre-qualification exercises of subcontractor are completed prior to award of contracts
• To enforce procurement procedures are complied with in the tendering process. sourcing, preparation, issuance & management of Invitation to Tender/Request For Quotation/Proposal packages, evaluations and clarifications of submitted proposals through recommendation to award
• Review and negotiate Subcontractors’ qualifications and exceptions
• Review contract terms and conditions to verify that they in compliance with company policies
• Support legal team in the negotiation of terms and conditions with subcontractors

Post Award Contract:

• Liaise with Project Team members to ensure commitments and milestones of subcontracts are achieved and adhered to.
• Review evaluation of variation order request, variation orders, defending claims and providing contractual advice to site team.
• Monitoring contracts and negotiation of final account settlement, drafting settlement agreement
• Ensure commercial and contractual correspondence with Subcontractors is efficiently handled and filed.
• Assist in Subcontract audits, reviewing records for accuracy and conformance to standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in law, engineering,construction management or quantity surveying.
• Minimum fifteen (15) years' working experience
• Preferably experienced in industries of Oil & Gas, Marine and/or Construction
• Experience in project execution, management and administration of contracts.
• Immaculate contract drafting skills.
• Ability to handle confidential or sensitive information or issues.

• Overall in-charge for PMIC, Mixed Signal & RF IP Test characterization, Test code development and Test Platform Enablement.
• Liaise closely with test engineering team and production support team to drive debug activities and data correlation with ATE.
• Deliver detailed status reports at each phase, test limit (guard band) generation and summary reports.

Requirements:

• Degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of characterizing mixed signal IP & RF experience with lab equipment such as Spectrum Analyzer, Digitizers, High Speed Serial Data analyzers, etc.
• Proficient in Embedded C/C++, LabVIEW, FPGA development.
