Your Role

• Assist the Planning Manager in all planning functions
• Monitor progress of work on site on a daily basis
• Prepare histograms, tables, S-curves, resources logs (Manpower, Materials, Equipment)
• Develop construction programmes for medium to large-scale projects
• Maintain and update all schedules, collect actual data (progress, manpower and equipment deployment) and evaluate project delays by effective monitoring of actual progress
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly progress reports for in-house, owner and consultant submission
• Maintain records for all significant events relevant to contractual claims/obligations
• Liaise, consult and coordinate with all Supervisors and Managers to incorporate relevant information that will affect the implementation of the project schedule

The MLDevOps Engineer will focus on creating and testing innovative AI solutions aimed at improving software development productivity across the entire Software Factory. Key Responsibilities

AI Use Case Development and Prototyping

• Develop and rapidly iterate on AI-driven prototypes that support and streamline developer workflows, including code specification, code generation, and testing automation.
• Collaborate with product and DevSecOps teams to identify high-impact AI use cases that improve software development and delivery efficiency.

Qualifications

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• 3+ years of experience in MLOps, DevOps, or AI experimentation with a strong focus on rapid prototyping and MVP development.
• Strong understanding of DevSecOps practices, tools, and methodologies.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in Python, Golang, Rust or other relevant languages.
• Experience with ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain), deployment platforms (Kubernetes) and ML pipeline tools (Kubeflow, MLflow).
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (GitLab CI)
