Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily production activities to ensure efficient operations.
• Coordinate repair and upgrading work to maintain equipment and production quality.
• Plan and assign manpower effectively to meet production schedules.
• Monitor workforce performance and adjust assignments as necessary.
• Prepare monthly production reports, detailing outputs, efficiencies, and areas for improvement.
• Analyze production data to identify trends and suggest operational enhancements.
• Attend production meetings to discuss schedules, challenges, and improvements.
• Liaise with auditors and other stakeholders to ensure compliance and address any concerns.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in production planning.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Mechanical / Chemical Process / Manufacturing or equivalent
• Preferably 1-2 years working experience in in a production or manufacturing environment is preferred but not required.

Job Summary

The main function of this job is to generate maximum output of quality products through effective use of assigned resources and assets. To achieve this goal, this position:

• Looks at optimizing production, yield and product quality.
• Implement and maintain quality systems, improvement projects and other initiatives and tasks in line operation.

Operations

• Achieve line and batch efficiency and output requirements
• Maximize output by reducing downtime through monitoring and controlling changeover time.
• Produce the right quality by managing all quantity according to the process order.
• Ensure proper product labelling, coding and other information accurately.
• Carry out the right cleaning, sanitation and GMP according to Quality System requirements.
• Proper handover before going on leave / changeover shift.
• Follow strictly safety and environment requirements at the workplace.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or NITEC qualifications in Engineering, fresh graduates are welcomed to apply
