Responsibilities
Achieve Project Goals & Objectives

Primary Duties

i) Takeover of Site

• Attend handover inspection with Landlord/Client
• Ensure site readiness for commencement of works
• Report defects/non-compliances to PM (Project Manager) / Project Director (PD)

ii) Project Planning

• Study project schedule and plan site works for daily supervision/management

iii) Project Implementation

• Check and ensure all workers on site have valid work permits/ passes
• Ensure that works are carried out according to schedule or on target for completion
• Purchase and maintenance of materials

iv) Site Management

• Ensure workers adhere to safety rules
• Ensure proper code of conducts at worksite
• Maintain site in a safe and hygienic condition in compliance to statutory requirements
• Receive supplies and ensure proper storage on site

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Construction Management or equivilant
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in interior renovations / construction fields
• Effective supervision & coordination of workers/sub-contractor

Strategies

Optimisation of Planograms:

• Design planograms that align with sales data, customer behaviour, and product trends to maximise shelf productivity and profit
• Incorporate financial analysis to prioritise high-margin and high turnover items in premium spaces

Effective Range Management:

• Ensure product ranges fit allocated space by continuously monitoring inventory and sales
• Maintain alignment with merchandising principles like Good-Better-Best, Own Brand hierarchy, and Customer Decision Tree

Continuous Improvement

• Gather insights on store performance and customer preferences to refine layouts and identify opportunities for innovation.
• Stay agile in responding to market trends and leadership feedback

Data Compilation

• Data Sources: Compile sales performance, inventory data, product dimensions, and financial metrics
• Analysis: Conduct “Pre vs. Post” bay count comparisons to evaluate the impact of planogram changes

Policy Adherence

• Merchandise Guidelines: Ensure compliance with principles such as:
• Sub- Category Flow and Customer Decision Tree for intuitive customer navigation
• Product Placement based on Days of Supply and Case on Shelf to reduce stockouts
• Consistency in product range across clusters for uniform customer experience

Pricing & Promotion

Strategies

• Ensure compliance with pricing policies and regulations
• Ensure price survey accuracy
• Ensure our pricing are competitive based on the given guideline
• Build and maintain relationships with relevant stakeholders

Data Compilation & Analysis

• Coordinate with commercial teams to understand their goals and objectives
• Compile and analyse data from various sources to generate insights on price positioning relative to competitors

Policy Adherence

• Ensure adherence to pricing policies and procedures
• Weekly CPI/KVI report provided by CI team, breaking it down into different categories
• Manage external agencies to deliver accuracy on the price survey for key market items and Festive ranges by having a random market size price check at competitors
• Monitor the various price baskets across all banners according to the timeline required and within our policies and regulation

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work with internal departments and external suppliers to enhance business performance
• Foster effective working relationships across functions

Ad Hoc Duties

• Generate weekly / daily pricing report for Festive items
• Bi weekly random market size price check at competitors store

About You

• Diploma or Degree in any discipline
• Administration working experience is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel (e.g. Pivot Table, Vlookup)
• Knowledge in SAP is an added advantage.
• Good communication and coordination skills

The Role

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to gain exposure to the retail landscape and make an impact on the success of the business. The candidate will be work closely with our retail leadership, commercial, supply partners, and logistics team to ensure that our customers have improved on shelf availability, as well as utilizing analytical skills to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement and report on key performance indicators to help guide decision making. The key responsibilities are as follows:

• Develop and maintain demand forecasting models to accurately predict product demand
• Effectively build the promotion uplifts and manage trend, and seasonality with respect to the DFI Banner stores
• Collaborate with commercial, category and vendors to ensure the timely availability of products
• Create the supply planning in collaboration with the supply partner and monitor inventory levels and adjust replenishment orders as needed
• Analyze data and use it to identify trends and make recommendations for process improvement
• Participate in the development and implementation of inventory management strategies
• Maintain accurate records of inventory and demand forecasts
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators, such as fill rate and inventory accuracy

About You

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, and/or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a supply chain/demand planning role
• Proficiency in demand forecasting and inventory management skills, systems knowledge
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Power BI or Data Query/Analytics

Responsibilities

• Assist day-to-day Accounts Payable function which includes recording of invoice and payment processing
• Manage royalty accruals and billings
• Track and process intercompany billings on a timely and accurate basis.
