We are looking for a dynamic and motivated individual to join us as a Senior Corporate Secretarial Executive.

Responsibilities:

• Handling a full spectrum of corporate secretarial duties for mostly private companies limited by shares, including company incorporations, preparation of directors’/shareholders’ resolutions for on-going corporate secretarial matters for clients, maintenance of statutory records and registers.
• Ensuring compliance with relevant statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Assisting with employment pass applications for clients (training will be provided if no experience).
• Assistance with converting financial statements into the XBRL format (experience preferred, but training will be provided if no experience).
• Other corporate or ad-hoc duties as required.

Requirements/Qualifications:

• Minimum Polytechnic Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 5 years’ relevant work experience.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Well versed in both spoken and written English.
• Organized, detail and result oriented personality who is willing to learn and improve.
• Familiarity with TeamWork software (for maintaining registers) is a bonus (but not mandatory; training will be provided).
• Able to work independently after a period of training.

Job Summary

Roles and Responsibilities

Quality Systems:

• Maintenance and upkeep of the quality system.
• Monitoring of quality system processes to ensure compliance to standards, corporate requirements and upkeep of system health.
• Collaborate with Process Owners to set-up/improve processes to achieve compliance and excellence.
• Cross functional collaboration to ensure successful implementation/enhancements to existing processes.

Desired Skills & Competencies

• Degree/diploma in a related Science or Engineering discipline
• Extensive experience in quality assurance, preferably in a regulated environment would be an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 13485, CAP, and ISO 9001 standards would be an advantage.
• Good verbal communication, interpersonal and team skills.
• Results oriented, with a high level of integrity and dependability.
• Prior knowledge in qPCR, molecular diagnostics, and next generation sequencing, technology and techniques would be an advantage.
