Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic digital & social media marketer passionate about education and with a strong track record in developing and executing marketing creatives, content and strategies to promote our school, partner universities and programmes. The ideal candidate will be creative, data-driven, and capable of effectively reaching our target audience to drive enrollment and enhance our school's digital and social media reputation.
Key Responsibilities:
â—Ź Oversee and maintain our school's social media presence and create content, banners/images, short video clips, IG reels etc.
â—Ź Research and plan content strategy for social media campaigns by considering the latest trends targeting current students, prospects and parents.
â—Ź Develop and publish engaging posts that engage audiences and promote our brand.
â—Ź Prepare a monthly social media calendar and create the content in advance.
â—Ź Analyze social media analytics to measure the campaign's performance, compare the performance with the key competitors, and plan the social media strategies.
â—Ź Stay updated about the latest features and other social media platform offerings.
â—Ź Design creatives for the website, social media channels, brochures, flyers, and leaflets to support the sales team.
â—Ź Generate compelling content for various marketing channels, including website, blog, press release, social media, email campaigns, and print materials.
Capabilities:
â—Ź Proven experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role.
â—Ź In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
â—Ź Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
â—Ź Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities and handling negative sentiments posted online.
â—Ź Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
â—Ź Creativity and the ability to think outside the box.
â—Ź Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
â—Ź Must know and be strong in Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator and designing/video software and tools.
