Role Description

This position is to demonstrate the designer's versatility, creativity and design philosophy. For design concept, conceptual renderings, mood boards, and design plans that illustrate the designer’s thought process and approach to transforming a space. A brief overview of the designer’s expertise, including space planning, material selection, lighting design, furniture sourcing, and project management.

Spectific Responsibilities

1. Meet with clients to discuss their design goals, preferences and budget, provide guidance and advice of design concepts and solutions.

2. Create mood boards, sketches and rendering to visually represent design ideas and present design ideas to clients for approval and refine based on feedback.

3. Choose furniture, fixtures, lighting and materials that complement the design concept.Ensure that all materials chosen fit within the client's budget and asthetuc preferences.

4. Prepare detailed design specifications and plans and create technical drawings that provide precise measurements and dimensions that are clear for contractos and vendors.

5. Works closely with contractors and vendors during the implementation and coordinate the delivery and installation of furniture, fixtures and materials to ensure it meets the design specifications.

About the Role

Are you passionate about property management and ensuring spaces are well-maintained and efficiently run? As a Strata Management Property Executive (Residential) at Knight Frank, you’ll be the key person in making sure the properties under your care are in top condition. You’ll be managing everything from daily operations to contractor relationships, all while keeping tenants and residents happy.

What you will be doing:

• Managing the daily maintenance and operations of your assigned properties to maintain optimal conditions.
• Conducting routine inspections to ensure common areas meet safety and health regulations.
• Monitoring development projects, ensuring they stay on schedule and meet standards.
• Addressing tenant and resident issues promptly and professionally.
• Developing strategies to prevent maintenance issues and ensuring compliance with laws and company policies.
• Collaborating with contractors on preventive measures and maintenance resolutions.
• Managing repair, renovation, and maintenance quotations, reports, and payments.
• Supporting and attending key meetings such as council meetings and Annual General Meetings (AGMs).
• Being part of the operations team to support meetings, including council meetings and AGMs, by coordinating all preparations for seamless execution.

We’re looking for someone who’s:

• Greatat communicating and can work well with teams, tenants, and contractors.
• Adaptable and can thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in a similar role, managing residential and/or mixed development properties.
• At least a Higher NITEC in Facilities Management, Real Estate Business, Hotel & Leisure Facilities Management, or equivalent qualifications.
• Familiar with the Building Maintenance and Strata Management Act (BMSMA) is a plus, but not essential.

Core Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities:

· Actively recruit frontline staff through various channels

· To source and recommend platforms for recruitment

· Plan and execute recruitment roadshows and career fairs

· Work closely with Operations team to ensure understanding of the business need and provide manpower timely

· Shortlist candidates in accordance with company values and hiring standards

· Develop and source effective and cost-efficient recruitment channels

· Perform advertisement postings on online media

· Perform first level screening of candidates

· Call candidates to arrange interviews

· Follow up with candidates until on-boarding

· Keep stock and inventory of company uniforms, office supplies and place orders when necessary

· Carry out any other tasks as assigned

Requirements

· Diploma/University graduate, preferably in HR management or relevant disciplines

· 2-3 years relevant experience in recruitment, preferably in the Security Industry

· People-oriented, result-driven and a strong desire for success and build a strong team;

· Good communication and interpersonal skills;

· Mature, self-motivated and organized

· Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook; knowledge of Powerpoint an advantage

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process which includes job postings, facilitating interviews, reference checks, employment offer, managing on-boarding process
• Assist in reviewing manpower requirements with the company top management and develop recruitment strategies
• Administer Work Pass application, renewal, and cancellation
• Administer internship program and work study diploma program including relevant grants application
• Create and maintain the analytics and reports on HR metrices related to talent acquisition
• Maintain a positive employee relationship environment and advise employees on HR policies and processes
• Ensure employees' personal particulars and employment data are updated
• Maintain up-to-date personnel files & records
• Prepare monthly salary documents for payroll processing
• Administer the performance management exercise annually
• Participate in HR projects and other HR initiatives
• Support office administration function

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or equivalent
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in Construction Industry.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications

• Answering phone calls and ensuring timely follow-ups.
• Editing and printing of funeral collaterals.
• Recording and managing receipts.
• Opening and processing invoices.
• Creating video montages.
• Coordinating with suppliers and vendors.
• Booking cremation slots and handling necessary permit applications.
• Maintaining a clean and organized office environment.
• Managing and packing inventories.
• Performing other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualifications: Polytechnic diploma or A-Level graduates.
• Must be quick to respond, responsible, and able to work independently.

Work Arrangement:

• 6-day work week with flexible working arrangements after completing training.
• A minimum of 3 days per week must be spent in the office.

Additional Information:

• Comprehensive training will be provided during the first month.
• Salary increment upon demonstrating good performance after the first month.
