Key Responsibilities

• Operate machinery and equipment involved in food production, including mixing, cooking, packaging, and labeling, as per company procedures and product specifications.
• Ensure that all products meet the company’s quality and safety standards.
• Conduct regular checks on products to ensure consistency in texture, flavor, and appearance.
• Perform regular machine checks and basic maintenance tasks such as cleaning, lubricating, and adjusting equipment to ensure smooth operation.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

• To assist the MR in controlling and distribution of the IMS (QEHS) manual, QEHS procedures, Standard Work Method and Standards Documents.
• To administer the IMS forms record and maintaining the masterlist.
• To disseminate the internal audit programme to the auditors and coordinate with the auditors for their audit schedule, records of audit results, review and evaluate the audit findings for reporting to MR.
